1	(37)	THE HIRIYUR PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 25 & BELOW - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M

Firey Business

Trainer Mr. S. Ravi Shanker, was fined Rs.500/ for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge FIREY BUSINESS (V.R. Jagadeesh). Subsequently `all black’ emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of FIREY BUSINESS, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to MEGISTOS (D. Mahendran) and FIRST WARRIOR (A.R. Mani) on his inside soon after the start. Trainer Mr. S. Ravi Shanker was questioned regarding the reversal of form with respect to his charge FIREY BUSINESS the winner of this race as compared to its previous run in race No.23 i.e. The Aristocrat Plate(About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 25 and below, 5 years old over of the Mysore Summer Races 2009 when ridden by Jockey G. Vijay it ran unplaced. The trainer stated that (a) he had removed the blinkers after the last run in which it was not passing the other horses on the advise of the Jockey, and it worked well without the blinkers; and (b) it had performed well over 1400 Metres in Bangalore. His explanations were noted.

2	(38)	THE RENOWNED PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 25 & BELOW	1100M

Gemsbok	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Mallikarjun R. to withdraw GEMSBOK (A.R. Mani) on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from infected capped elbow. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Time Zone	TIME ZONE (M. Madhu Babu) played up inside the gates and flipped over. On examination by the Veterinary Officer it was found to have got cast and was trotting lame on right hind. Trainer Mr. C.D. Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Sunlaa	Jockey S. Mubarak, the rider of SUNLAA was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming in and tightening SON OF FORTUNE (M.J. Gautam Raj Urs) and SON OF BRENHINES (J. Paswan) approaching the 800 Metres.
Getaway	GETAWAY (K. Chethana) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. T. Natraj was questioned regarding the poor performance of his charge in the above race. The trainer stated that the horse was not showing any form and would ensure in future that it does not run so poorly. His explanations were noted.

3	(39)	THE GOA PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1600M

Gallardo	GALLARDO (J.H. Christopher) collapsed passing the 1400 Metres, dislodging the rider and died immediately after the fall.
Beauty On Duty	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. M. Bobby to withdraw BEAUTY ON DUTY on veterinary grounds as it was trotting lame on left fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Swiss Queen	Jockey Md. Shafiq, the rider of SWISS QUEEN, was questioned regarding his riding an over confident race wherein he eased up in the last 300 Metres and was almost caught unaware by the fast finishing STAR BLUE (N. Tauseef Ahmed). The Jockey had no explanations except for saying that his charge was traveling very well and he felt that there was no need for him to push the horse. As the horse had won Jockey Md. Shafiq was fined Rs.3,000/ for easing his mount before passing the winning post and was also informed that he has to ride past the winning post failure of which will be viewed seriously.
Mr Sunrise	Jockey M. Krishna, the rider of MR SUNRISE, was fined Rs.1,000/ for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
Our Lancer	OUR LANCER (J. Paswan) sustained clipped injury on left hind inside hock.
Stampede	STAMPEDE (Amarpreet Singh) pulled up lame after the race on right hind. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

4	(40)	THE STEWARDS CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M

Bridge Too Far	Jockey S. Rajesh, the rider of BRIDGE TOO FAR, reported that his mount was drifting out in the final stages of the race. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian before accepting with it again.
High Tower(OLD)	Jockey Khalander, the rider of HIGH TOWER , reported that his mount was hanging out very badly throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Bipin V. Salvi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two jump outs on starting gate practice days.
Turbo Babe	TURBO BABE (N. Tauseef Ahmed) stood flat footed and lost a few lengths. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Tejaswi P.C. was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two jump outs on starting gate practice days.
Oro Neiro	ORO NEIRO (Malcolm Maseyk) sustained cut injury on left hind thigh region.
Bold Request	BOLD REQUEST (Md. Shafiq) took a fly jump, stumbled soon after the start, lost considerable ground and also lost his right stirrup iron which he regained after a few strides. The horse finally ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

5	(41)	THE KAPILA PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1400M

Clasic Armour	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Feroz M. Khan to withdraw CLASIC ARMOUR on veterinary grounds as it was walking lame on left hind due to foot abscess . He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Veda Priya	Jockey M. Madhu Babu, the rider of VEDA PRIYA, was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming in soon after jumping out and inconveniencing THE GAIN (S. Rajesh) and MAMAN MARVEL (Vijay Kumar) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Master Prospect	Jockey S. Shiva Kumar, the rider of MASTER PROSPECT, was fined Rs.1,000/ for allowing his mount to drift out in the final 300 Metres.
Chamcha In Chief	Trainer Mr. Natraj T. was fined Rs.500/ for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge CHAMCHA IN CHIEF. Subsequently `all black’ emergency colours were permitted to be used.
Audacity Unleashed	As Jockey D. Gnaneshwar was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to substitute Jockey H.G. Rathod to ride AUDACITY UNLEASHED in place of the declared rider.

Rain God

Jockey Shanth Kumar, the rider of RAIN GOD, reported that he lost his left stirrup iron in the last 50 Metres.

Hollywood Girl

Jockey M. Madhu Babu, the rider of HOLLYWOOD GIRL, reported that he lost his whip soon after jumping out of the starting gates. HOLLYWOOD GIRL (M. Madhu Babu) reared up in the gates and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Rkesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two jump outs on starting gate practice days.

7	(43)	THE KANCHANGANGA PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 60 & ABOVE	1200M

Nectar Jewel	Jockey M. Madhu Babu, the rider of NECTAR JEWEL was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to SECRET FURY (Nelson Maseyk) approaching the 1100 Metres.
Time To Celebrate	Jockey Md. Sameer, the rider of TIME TO CELEBRATE, was reprimanded for coming in and inconveniencing SECRET FURY (Nelson Maseyk) approaching the 900 Metres.
