Nano BlueJockey Amarpreet Singh, the rider of NANO BLUE, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and bumping ANGEL QUEEN (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) on his inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
AlianzALIANZ (N. Harsha) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. B. Puttanna was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Angel QueenANGEL QUEEN (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Social ClimberPermission was granted to trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to withdraw SOCIAL CLIMBER (M. Prabhakaran) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained bleeding cut injuries on left hind and right hind cannon while loading in the horse float. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Star Of ParadiseSTAR OF PARADISE (S. Chandrashekar) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. C.V.G.K. Kishore was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Chocolate BrownieCHOCOLATE BROWNIE (Janardhan Paswan) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Ready To MingleREADY TO MINGLE (A. Imran Khan) sustained a clipped injury on right hind cannon.
Master YodaJockey Melvyn Maseyk, the rider of MASTER YODA, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to SUN ZONE (M. Mark) which in turn passed it on to READY TO MINGLE (A. Imran Khan) on the inside rounding the final bend.
Lancashire(O)Trainer Mr. C.V.G.K. Kishore was fined Rs.500/ for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge LANCASHIRE as regards shoeing. Jockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of LANCASHIRE, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and bumping SUN ZONE (M. Mark) which in turn passed it on to CHAMPIONS LEAGUE (Gaurav Sapra) on the inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Champions LeagueCHAMPIONS LEAGUE (Gaurav Sapra) took a fly jump.
MacIt was reported after the race that MAC (B.L. Paswan) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

4 (31) THE CAUVERY PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45		 1100M
Glittering Gold (O)GLITTERING GOLD (M. Mark) died in the horse float on its way to Mysore from Bangalore.
Nectar CrownJockey G. Adarsh, the rider of NECTAR CROWN, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and bumping AMAZING FLORA (D. Mahendran) on his inside which was checked by its rider and WYNDHAM (S. Zervan) which was travelling directly behind also had to be checked by its rider to avoid striking the front runner approaching the 1000 Metres.
Fleeting SpiritJockey R. Pradeep, the rider of FLEETING SPIRIT, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and tightening AMAZING FLORA (D. Mahendran) which in turn passed it on to WYNDHAM (S. Zervan) on the inside approaching the 700 Metres.

Sterling SpeedJockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of STERLING SPEED, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to LEADING LADY (B. Sreekanth) on his inside approaching the 900 Metres. STERLING SPEED (R. Vaibhav) sustained clipped injuries on left hind outer bulb of heel.

Stone Of DestinyTrainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.2,000/ for declaring Jockey Harish to ride STONE OF DESTINY without the consent of the rider who had already accepted to ride CASPIAN SEA in the above race. Subsequently permission was granted to him to declare Jockey Ryan Marshall to ride STONE OF DESTINY.
The GainPermission was granted to trainer Mr. B.K. Narendra to declare Jockey Amarpreet Singh to ride THE GAIN in place of Jockey A.R. Mani the declared rider.

John) on veterinary grounds as it was found to trotting lame on right fore due to inflamed fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
CationicPermission was granted to trainer Mr. C.D. Monnappa to withdraw CATIONIC (Ryan Marshall) as it was very fractious during saddling whereby the left hind shoe had come off and it did not allow either to be reshod or removed the other shoe on right hind.
BugattiJockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of BUGATTI, was fined Rs.1,000/ for cutting across the field sharply before passing the red marker post thereby inconveniencing BULLISH LUCK (M. Rajesh Kumar) on his inside.
Inspired MoveINSPIRED MOVE (S. Zervan) swerved towards the left, ran towards the outside whereby the rider got unbalanced on his mount and also lost considerable ground at the start. An enquiry is being held into the above incident. INSPIRED MOVE (S.Zervan) ? Planted and lost many lengths. Advised to give adequate gate practice.

8 (35) THE PERIYAPATTANA PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1200M
Sun DeviceAn enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of SUN DEVICE trained by Mr. Ranjeet Shinde and ridden by Jockey S. Mallikarjun.The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S Mallikarjun to the Stewards for contravention of Rule 159(b) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount SUN DEVICE in the above race. They held an enquiry after the last race on 2nd September, 2010, and examined trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde and Jockey S Mallikarjun. After deliberations, they decided to (a) suspend the Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey S. Mallikarjun from 13th September, 2010, to 30th September, 2010 (both days inclusive) and should his Jockey’s Licence be renewed beyond 30th September, 2010, the same shall remain suspended till 24th October, 2010, for Unsatisfactory riding Rule No 161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount SUN DEVICE in the above race ; and (b) note the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde.
GracianJockey Md. Shafiq was fined Rs.2,000/ for not arriving to fulfill his riding engagement in the above race. Subsequently permission was granted to trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey Amarpreet Singh to ride GRACIAN in place of Jockey Md. Shafiq the declared rider.
Green VisionJockey Mohammed Shoaib, the rider of GREEN VISION, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing WITCH DOCTOR (A. Ashok Kumar) on his inside approaching the 600 Metres. It was reported after the race that GREEN VISION (Mohammed Shoaib) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Chakravyuha BhedakJockey D. Mahendran, the rider of CHAKRAVYUHA BHEDAK, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing GREEN VISION (Mohammed Shoaib) on his outside approaching the 800 Metres.
MinchuJockey Shanth Kumar, the rider of MINCHU, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 300 Metres.
