Habituated	Jockey Harish (HABITUATED) was however fined Rs. 3,000/ for shifting in at about 200 metres causing interference to COGENT (R.B. SHINDE).
Cogent	Jockeys R.B. Shinde (COGENT) and N. Rawal (JET EXPRESS) were cautioned for shifting out & in respectively soon after the start in the process bumping each other. Explanation of Jockey R. Laxmikanth (TRUE FASHION) the winner of this race regarding the handling of his mount that in the previous race i.e., in Race No. 107 he could not position his mount up with the front runners due to the fast initial pace and also the field on his outside suddenly moved in whereby he was denied of a clear passage and in the straight his mount did not respond to his urgings was confirmed by Trainer Faiyaz Shaikh. The Trainer added that in the present engagement the field being small the Jockey was able to position his mount as instructed and a furlong less to travel was to his charge’s advantage as such had just managed to win at the wire, noted. Trainer Faiyaz Shaikh was however cautioned to ensure that his charges raced more consistently in future.
