Good MemorySoon after the start, GOOD MEMORY (S Mosin) shifted in and tightened DIAMOND IN THE SKY (Anil Baandal) who in turn tightened MAHIMA (DK ashish). GOOD MEMORY continued to shifted in and later took the running of MAHIMA who clipped the heels of the former and stumbled and whilst being steadied, dropped back due to which SNOW KING (SG Prasad) was held up. Jockey S Mosin has been fined Rs.3,000/ for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
MahimaJockey DK Ashish (MAHIMA) has been cautioned for shifting in before the Red Marker.
Snow KingTrainer HJ Antia and Jockey SG Prasad were questioned regarding the performance of SNOW KING coupled with the drift in the odds. Trainer Antia stated that the Instructions were to be in 5th or 6th position. Trainer stated that the gelding met with interference after the start and then the Jockey had ridden out in the straight. The Trainer was informed that there was drift in odds. Whilst noting the explanation, the Trainer has been informed that a watch will be kept on the running of SNOW KING in future.
Diamond In The SkyAfter the race, DIAMOND IN THE SKY was scoped at the request of the Trainer and the filly was found to have suffered EIPH Grade 3 and therefore is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Admiral GrayAt the start, ADMIRAL GRAY (I Pasha) jumped awkwardly outwards and went on to SNOW KING (SG Prasad). ACKERBILK (Ishwar Pardeshi) jumped awkwardly inwards.
Gold StreakSoon after the start, GOLD STREAK (App KN Bhati) shifted in and tightened MAHIMA (DK Ashish) who in turn tightened MIGHTY SPLENDOR (Kavraj Singh). GOLD STREAK continued to shift in and tightened MIGHTY SPLENDOR again who caused severe interference to THEORY (App Bhawani Singh) who lost position. App KN Bhati has been fined Rs.3,000/ for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Home FactorHOME FACTOR (R Shelar) lost about 3 lengths at the start. After the race, HOME FACTOR was found to sound. ADMIRAL GRAY had a gum injury.

2 (97) THE T M GOCULDAS PLATE

Deep DiverApp Bhawani Singh (DEEP DIVER) has been cautioned for shifting in before the Red Marker.
Saints N SinnersJockey Kishore Kadam (SAINTS N SINNERS) reported that his mount did not get a clear run once near 300 metes and then in the final 100 metres while racing behind IN THE LIMELIGHT (App SJ Sunil). After viewing the race, Jockey Kishore Kadam has been cautioned for failing to take the gap available in front of him which was on the inside of IN THE LIMELIGHT. Considering that IN THE LIME LIGHT has also shifted ground inwards, App S J Sunil has also been cautioned. Further, a watch will be kept on the running of SAINTS N SINNERS in future.
Wings Of GloryAfter the race, WINGS OF GLORY was found to be sound but having a gum injury.

3 (98) THE LITTLE CAESAR PLATE (DIV-I)

Gold BagThe saddle on GOLD BAG (Kavraj Singh) was observed to have slipped back during the race. As such Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been fined Rs.5,000/.
Soul SpeakOn arrival at the Gates, SOUL SPEAK was observed not to have a Tongue Strap which was a declared equipment and the permission for the use of which was obtained. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been fined Rs.1,000/ for his lapse. The gelding ran with a Tongue Strap.
Belgian BlueAfter the race, BELGIAN BLUE was found to be sound. INDUS PRINCE was sound, having a cut injury on the tongue.
DiaAt the start, DIA (App Santosh G) jumped awkwardly due to which the Apprentice brushed his right leg against the Gate of its stall whereby he lost his right stirrup which he regained shortly. Trainer Nazak Chenoy has been fined Rs.1,000/ for running her charge DIA without Bandages, after having sought permission to use them.

IrelandNear 200 metres, IRELAND (DK Ashish) leaned inwards due to which ALIBOXER (Dashrath Singh) shied away, shifted in and tightened AEOLUS MAXIMUS (Akshay). Trainer B Prakash has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
The MessiahSoon after the start, THE MESSIAH (S Shinde) shifted in gradually and went across SHE’S AN ACE (App.Yash Narredu). Jockey S Shinde has been cautioned.

5 (100) THE WARSAW PACT PLATE

Cold PlayPassing 800 metres, COLD PLAY (Amyn Merchant) shifted in and took the running of NATIONAL PRIDE (S Zervan). Jockey Amyn Merchant has been cautioned.
Magic VisionMAGIC VISION (A Ashhad Asbar, dr.7) shifted in before the Red Marker and went on to COLD PLAY (Amyn Merchant) who in turn went in on to ADAMS SPIRIT (Kavraj Singh), who in turn made contact with GRAND MARCH (Kishore Kadam) and short while later ADAMS SPIRIT was placed awkwardly behind the heels of GRAND MARCH and steadied. Jockey A Ashhad Asbar has been fined Rs.2,000/.
Adams SpiritAfter the race, ADAMS SPIRIT was found to be sound. GRAND MARCH was observed to have lost its right hind plate
Grand MarchPassing 400 metres, GRAND MARCH (Kishore Kadam) was inconvenienced while racing between RASHUN (TS Jodha) and MILLENIUM FALCON (Dashrath Singh).
Millenium FalconJockey Dashrath Singh (MILLENIUM FALCON) reported that his mount did not respond to his urgings. The Veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormality.
Star Is BornAt the start, STAR IS BORN (R Shelar) lost considerable ground. Trainer Adil Dajee has been asked to give the gelding more Gate Practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

6 (101) THE KUSUMBEN DHIRUBHAI SHAH TROPHY

La Femme FleurAfter the race, LA FEMME FLEUR & WOVEN DREAMS were found to be sound.
VixenApproaching 200 metres, VIXEN (I Pasha) was tightened and steadied whilst racing between LEGEND OF THE SEAS (App Yash Narredu) and QUEST FOR LOVE (SP Ranjane) who was leaning out and then shifted in as the gelding was being corrected and QUEST FOR LOVE was further carried in by HELPING HAND (Dashrath Singh) who lugged in. Since the incident was accidental, no action has been initiated against anyone.
LoreleiApproaching 800 metres, LORELEI (App R Ajinkya) was tightened as HELPING HAND (Dashrath Singh) leaned inwards. HELPING HAND hung inwards in the straight whereby the Jockey could not ride out his mount and also had to ease up in the final few strides due to the close proximity of the heels of LA FEMME FLEUR (S Zervan) who was racing ahead. Trainer Imtiaz A Sait has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
Legend Of The SeasApp Yash Narredu (LEGEND OF THE SEAS) reported that his mount luggedin in the straight. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.

7 (102) THE RAO SAHEB D K PARKAR TROPHY (DIV-II)

La TraviataSoon after the start, LA TRAVIATA (App Yash Narredu) shifted in due to which MINISTER (App Santosh G) shied away and later LA TRAVIATA went across MINISTER. App Yash Narredu has been asked to be more careful. Trainer Faisal A Abbas was questioned regarding the comparative performance of LA TRAVIATA in this race which the mare won as compared to her previous races during the current Mumbai Meeting. Trainer stated that in the previous run i.e. Race No 59 the mare had run suggestively and had shown form and was about 5 lengths behind the winner and gaining on whereas in the previous races she had raced in patches. This time the mare ran 400 metres more, with a gap of three weeks and it was a race for 5 years old and over horses. The previous races were viewed. Whilst noting the explanation of the Trainer, he has been reminded that he should be careful in future and not fall in a pattern which could be of concern to the Stipendiary Stewards.
AlectarAfter the race, ALECTAR was found to be sound.
MinisterAfter the race, MINISTER was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
VictoireVICTOIRE (Vikash Tamang) lost about 2 lengths at the start. After the race, VICTOIRE was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

Spanish SagaTrainer Narendra Lagad has been fined Rs.3,000/ for putting in late Declaration in respect of his charge SPANISH SAGA wherein the Declaration was placed after 0830 hours.
EnsignApproaching 700 metres, ENSIGN (Satish Nayak) was tightened and lost position and in doing so SPANISH SAGA (Dashrath Singh) who was following, had to be steadied.
Alderley EdgeALDERLEY EDGE (App Yash Narredu) leaned inwards during the race and passing 1000 meters, made contact with EARL GREY (CS Jodha) who in turn made contact with SPANISH SAGA (Dashrath Singh) who took the running of SOFIA (S Sunil). ALDERLEY EDGE leaned inwards again near 300 meters, and went on to MISS SENORITA (Sandeep Jadhav) who in turn made contact with RAPID GIRL (DK Ashish). Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the colt.
TomaszAt the start, TOMASZ (App Bhawani Singh) was converged upon as SOFIA (S Sunil) jumped awkwardly outwards and EARL GREY (CS Jodha) jumped awkwardly inwards. TOMASZ (App Bhawani Singh) drifted out abruptly in the straight and raced along the outer rails and then driftedin in the same manner. Since the gelding had broken a blood vessel, no further action has been initiated in the matter. After the race, TOMASZ was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

9 (104) THE RAO SAHEB D K PARKAR TROPHY (DIV-I)

Penny LaneThe post race urine sample of the winner of 5th, 7th & 9th race viz. RASHUN, LA TRAVIATA & PENNY LANE and the special sample of TOMASZ, EARL GREY & GOLDILOCKS (8th race) & WISH UPON A STAR (9th race) were collected for detection of prohibited substance.
Glorious RewardAt the start, GLORIOUS REWARD (S Zervan,dr.4) jumped awkwardly outwards and went on to SAVANNAH SOUND (App Yash Narredu, dr.5) and at the same time DHANYAVAAD (Vikash Tamang, dr.6) also jumped awkwardly inwards and caused SAVANNAH SOUND to shift inwards on to GLORIOUS REWARD who went in on to WISH UPON A STAR (Dashrath Singh, dr. 3) who was tightened and in turn went in on to BEYOND HORIZONS (App SJ Sunil, dr. 2).
Wish Upon A StarAfter the race, WISH UPON A STAR was found to be sound.
Crowned PrincessAt the start, CROWNED PRINCESS (App Akshay Gaikwad) jumped outwards and took the running of GATES OF HEAVEN (Ishwar Pardeshi) who was steadied.
Straight SixAfter the race, STRAIGHT SIX was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
