SOUND OF NATURE (M.F. ALI KHAN) shifted in after jump out taking the ground of LADY ESCORT (CH K CHARY). Jockey M.F. Ali Khan (SOUND OF NATURE) cautioned to be more vigorous in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.

Alborado	ALBORADO (NEERAJ RAWAL) planted as the start was effected taking no practical part in the race. SSC revoked.
Hussler	Jockey R. Laxmikanth (HUSSLER) cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course in the straight.
Vijays Famme	Explanation of Jockey T.S. Jodha (VIJAYS FAMME) that the bit used on his mount shifted towards the right at about 1000 metres whereby he was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage thereafter, noted. Trainer advised. Trainer Laxman Singh was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/. for failing to exercise sufficient care in the saddling of his charge VIJAYS FAMME (T.S. JODHA) whose saddle slipped during the race.
Golden Celebrity	GOLDEN CELEBRITY (SK. FAROOKH) slow out of the gates losing about 2 to 3 lengths.
Meticulous	METICULOUS (S. SREEKANT) was tending to run out throughout the race, Trainer K. Satheesh was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance. Jockey S. Sreekant was however cautioned for losing position at about the 900 metres for no apparent reason.
Strategic Partner	STRATEGIC PARTNER (VIVEK) dwelt and lost about 5 to 6 lengths. SSC revoked.

EASY FLASH (S. SHOBAN BABU) fly jumped out of the gates in the process dislodging the rider, finishing the course riderless. Jockey S. Shoban Babu however escaped unhurt Trainer M. Satyanarayana was advised to show his charge at the gates before next acceptance.

Dancing Harbour	DANCING HARBOUR (N.M. SEQUEIRA) slow out of the gates losing about 1 or 2 lengths. Explanation of Jockey N.M. Sequeira (DANCING HARBOUR) that his mount was very keen after the start, clipped the heels of the front runner and stumbled after traveling about 100 metres and thereafter shifted out at about the 700 metres forcing out AIR BENDER (M. NARREDU), noted. Jockey N.M. Sequeira was however cautioned to have exercise control over his mount in future.
Accordion	The Stewards having considered the report of the Stipendiary Stewards into the circumstances which led to ACCORDION (M.F. ALI KHAN) and SMARTY PRINCE (D. GNANESHWAR) being loaded in Stall Nos. 2 & 1 instead of 1 & 2 respectively, the Stewards opened an enquiry. Having considered the evidence tendered by the Starters in conjunction with the Stipendiary Stewards and satisfying themselves that the above lapse did not have any drastic material effect on the running of this race, the Stewards resolved that no further action be initiated in the above matter. The Stewards however severely warned the Starters for the above lapse and directed them to ensure that such lapses do not occur in future, failing which they would be liable to severe action.
Royal Flyer	Jockey Sk. Sharookh (ROYAL FLYER) cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts from about the 900 metres.

5	(180)	THE KITTY BANK CUP A Handicap for Horses rated upto 50 - 3 YEARS OLD & UPWARD(Category-III)	1800M

Apple Valley	Jockey Imran Chisty (APPLE VALLEY) reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race inspite of his efforts. Trainer advised.
Jia Yoh Jia Yoh	Explanation of Jockey Wayne Smith (JIA YOH JIA YOH) that his filly turned her head towards outside when the start was effected thereby losing 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter had not shown any response throughout the race inspite of his efforts trailing the field, noted.
Tillcowscomehome	Explanation of Jockey P. Uday Kiran (TILLCOWSCOMEHOME) that his mount did not respond to his urgings at any stage of the race inspite of his efforts thereby trailed the field, Trainer J. Silvester was cautioned to ensure that his charges raced more consistently in future.

Amazing Ray	Permission was granted to Trainer S. Ganapathy to saddle AMAZING RAY (A. IMRAN KHAN) on behalf of Trainer Karthik G at both Trainers risk and liability. Jockey A. Imran Khan (AMAZING RAY ) fined Rs. 2,000/ for shifting in at about the 1800 metres crowding RED DRAGON (Y.S. SRINATH), RED RENEGADE (WAYNE SMNITH) and FLEET INDIAN (D. GNANESHWAR) resulting in interference to FLEET INDIAN (D. GNANESHWAR).
Davenport	Jockey Harish (DAVENPORT) cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field in future.
Vendetta	Change of rider permitted from Jockey T.S. Jodha to Jockey N. Rawal on VENDETTA.
Cambiasso	Permission was granted to Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh to saddle CAMBIASSO (SURAJ NARREDU) on behalf of Trainer P. Shroff at both Trainers risk and liability.

Indian Storm	Jockey Vivek (INDIAN STORM) fined Rs. 2,000/ for coming in at about the 800 metres causing interference to VIJAYSENA (R. RUPESH), DASH OF CLASS (APP. A. ASHHAD ASBAR) and TIME ON (N.M. SEQUEIRA).
Feudal Lords	FEUDAL LORDS (M.F. ALI KHAN) dwelt and lost 4 to 5 lengths. SSC revoked.
Firebird(O)	Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (FIREBIRD) that his instructions were to settle his mount in 3rd or 4th position which he could not follow since his mount was reluctant to raise a gallop in the initial stages of the race and was forced to travel at the rear of the field and in the straight the filly had nothing to offer inspite of his efforts. Trainer D. Netto whilst confirming the same stated he had no plausible explanation to offer regarding the poor performance of his charge. The explanations of both Trainer and Jockey were noted for future reference.
