Regal Bearing	REGAL BEARING (N S Parmar) swerved around soon after jumping out of the starting gates and took no further part in the race. In view of its behavior Tr. Shafiq Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race.
Secret Gloss	SECRET GLOSS (App Vikash Tamang) was slow to begin.
Azorian	Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of AZORIAN, reported that his mount was inclined to run out in the final 400 metres of the race.

Coccinella

Jockey S Zervaan when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount COCCINELLA, stated that he had positioned his mount far off the early pace during the early stages of the race as the mare had always performed well when placed in this position. On entering the straight the mare made some progress but appears to have found the short straight (400 metres) not to its liking. The Stipendiary Stewards made note of his statement.

Incanto Bliss	b m INCANTO BLISS declared to start in the above race was examined by the Veterinary Officer in the morning of Sunday, 3rd March, 2013 and found to be lame on right fore. Under the circumstances the mare was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. D M David was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
