Awareness	AWARENESS (M Abhilash), planted, did not raise a fluent gallop, soon after coming out of the Starting Gates and took no part in the Race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on the Race Day on the race track.
Trust Bond	As Jockey C Umesh, the declared rider of TRUST BOND, could not arrive in time to fulfill his riding engagement, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M to substitute Jockey S Antony Raj to ride TRUST BOND in the above Race, in place of the declared rider.
Facets Of Life	As Jockey Akshay Kumar, the declared rider of FACETS OF LIFE, could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagements for the day, due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to substitute Jockey Dashrath Singh to ride FACETS OF LIFE in the above Race, in place of the declared rider. Jockey Dashrath Singh, the rider of FACETS OF LIFE, was reprimanded for shfting in and inconveniencing JUNGFRAUJOCH (Rahil Akhtar) and SUPER SEXY (R Rayan Ahmed) on its inside, at the start.
Jungfraujoch	Jockey Dashrath Singh, the rider of FACETS OF LIFE, was reprimanded for shfting in and inconveniencing JUNGFRAUJOCH (Rahil Akhtar) and SUPER SEXY (R Rayan Ahmed) on its inside, at the start. Jockey Rahil Akhtar, the rider of JUNGFRAUJOCH was reprimanded for riding a indifferent race.
Super Sexy	Jockey Dashrath Singh, the rider of FACETS OF LIFE, was reprimanded for shfting in and inconveniencing JUNGFRAUJOCH (Rahil Akhtar) and SUPER SEXY (R Rayan Ahmed) on its inside, at the start.
Miss Irina	Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of MISS IRINA, reported that his mount was running green, throughout the Race.
Pavan Putra	Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of PAVAN PUTRA reported that his mount was hanging `out` in the straight and despite his efforts to keep it on a straight course, finished the race on the Outer sand Track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed a small fresh cuts inside the cheek; However, Trainer Mr. Johnson S M was informed to take remedial measures before accepting with it again.

2	(10)	THE TAJ MAHAL PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25	1200M
			2.00 P.M.

Astara	Trainer, P C Tejaswi was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards as to the improved performance of his charge ASTARA (Shiva Kumar), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run where it ran unplaced. The Trainer replied as follows; a) His charge was running after a long layoff of almost 8 months; b) His charge was always tired after workout and was not putting on condition despite eating well; c) Hence he had changed its pattern of work, had started to work it only in the equine swimming pool; d) Thereafter, it started putting on condition which was evident by the increase in its body weight; e) He had not fancied its chances in this race, but it came out and won the Race and in his opinion, the long rest had done good to the horse. His explanation was noted for future reference.
Virginia Queen	VIRGINIA QUEEN (S Imran), knuckled and shifted inwards, at the Start. Jockey S Imran was questioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi, as to his riding on his mount VIRGINIA QUEEN. After due enquiry, not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey S Imran, the Stipendiary Stewards fined him Rs.2,000/ for not making sufficient efforts to ride out his mount throughout the Race. He was cautioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to make every effort to improve his riding and that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
Country's Delight	Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of THE IMPOSTER, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to COUNTRY`S DELIGHT (C Umesh), on his outside, soon after the Start.

Engelberg	ENGELBERG (A R Pradeep) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
Strong Resemblance	It was observed that RAPTOR (H M Akshay) slowed down approaching 200 metres and as such, STRONG RESEMBLANCE (M Madhu Babu) had to be checked by its rider to avoid colliding with it thereby losing ground. RAPTOR (H M Akshay) was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C D Monappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Raptor	It was observed that RAPTOR (H M Akshay) slowed down approaching 200 metres and as such, STRONG RESEMBLANCE (M Madhu Babu) had to be checked by its rider to avoid colliding with it thereby losing ground. 3	(11)	THE KAKANAKOTE PLATE (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1400M
			2.30 P.M.

Flash Bond	Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards for the vastly improved performance of his charge FLASH BOND (Arshad Alam), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 1 of the Mysore Winter Races 202122, i.e., The Mandya Plate (About) 1200 Metres, for maiden Indian horses 3 years old olny (Terms), run on First Day, Wednesday, 20th October, 2021, when ridden by Jockey K Mukesh Kumar, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse ran in a maiden race in its previous run and that it was running after almost eight months; b) In that Race in particular, he had fancied the chances, but when he questioned the rider as to why he had dropped his hands in the closing stages of the Race, he had told him that one of the frontrunners which was slowing down had come in front of him; c) After that run, he chose to run it in the above Race, which was over 7 furlongs and with the extra 200 Metres to travel; d) His charge, which was running for the first time in a Class Race, ran very well as per his expectations and won the Race. His explanations were noted for future reference.
Dean's Gal	As Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the declared rider of DEAN`S GAL, could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagements for the day, due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M to substitute Jockey Sameer Qureshi to ride DEAN`S GAL, in the above Race, in place of the declared rider. Jockey Sameer Qureshi, the rider of DEAN`S GAL, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount, in the above Race [1st Infringement].
Conspiracy	Trainer C D Monnappa was fined Rs.2,000/ for parading his charge CONSPIRACY (H Rahul), in the Paddock, without sporting the equipment, Cross Nose Band, for the use of which prior permission was obtained. Subsequently, Cross Nose Band was put on the horse before it left the paddock.
Classic Jewel	Jockey, Rahil Akhtar, the rider of CLASSIC JEWEL was find Rs.1,000/ for not maintaining straight course, in the Straight.

4	(12)	THE TREASURE`S NEST PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1100M
			3.00 P.M.

Ewandor	EWANDOR (K Sai Kiran) was very fractious inside the Starting Stall, reared up and came out of the Gates, dropped the rider, injuring him in the process and ran around riderless. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn, before coming under the Starter`s Orders.
Spiritual Force	Jockey S Imran, the rider of SCORPENE was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` before the Red Marker Post and thereafter for shifting in and causing interference to SPIRITUAL FORCE (R Rayan Ahmed), on his inside, approaching the 1000 Metres.
Touch Of Class	Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of TOUCH OF CLASS reported that his mount was hanging `out` throughtout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported;; However, Trainer Mr. Srinivas Babu G was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Unimaginable	Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider BEAT THE ODDS was fined Rs.2,000/ for not infusing sufficient control over his mount thereby allowing it to shift in and causing interference to WIND STRIKER (M Madhu Babu) on his inside at the Start and thereafter for shifting in and causing interference to UNIMAGINABLE (Shiva Kumar), on his inside, approaching the 1000 Metres.
Beat The Odds	Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider BEAT THE ODDS was fined Rs.2,000/ for not infusing sufficient control over his mount thereby allowing it to shift in and causing interference to WIND STRIKER (M Madhu Babu) on his inside at the Start and thereafter for shifting in and causing interference to UNIMAGINABLE (Shiva Kumar), on his inside, approaching the 1000 Metres.
Wind Striker	Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider BEAT THE ODDS was fined Rs.2,000/ for not infusing sufficient control over his mount thereby allowing it to shift in and causing interference to WIND STRIKER (M Madhu Babu) on his inside at the Start and thereafter for shifting in and causing interference to UNIMAGINABLE (Shiva Kumar), on his inside, approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey M Madhu Babu, the rider of WIND STRIKER, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.
Scorpene	Jockey S Imran, the rider of SCORPENE was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` before the Red Marker Post and thereafter for shifting in and causing interference to SPIRITUAL FORCE (R Rayan Ahmed), on his inside, approaching the 1000 Metres.

Buttonwood	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to withdraw BUTTONWOOD (S Manohar) on veterinary grounds, as it was observed to be trotting lame on left hind; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Ashwa Shehanshah	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to withdraw ASHWA SHEHANSHAH on veterinary grounds, as it was observed to be trotting lame on left fore due to a foot abscess; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Chashni	Jockey H Rahul, the rider of HEROISM, was reprimanded for travelling wide and taking out CHASHNI (R Ajay Kumar), on his outside, rounding the final bend. It was observed that CHASHNI (R Ajay Kumar) drifted out under pressure and finished the race on the centre of the Race Track.
What Is This	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to substitute Jockey Dashrath Singh, to ride his charge WHAT IS THIS, in place of Jockey Akshay Kumar (H), the declared rider.
Rising Sun	As Jockey K Sai Kiran, the declared rider of RISING SUN, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to substitute Jockey R Rayan Ahmed to ride his charge RISING SUN, in place of the declared rider.
Heroism	Jockey H Rahul, the rider of HEROISM, was reprimanded for travelling wide and taking out CHASHNI (R Ajay Kumar), on his outside, rounding the final bend.

His Eminence	HIS EMINENCE (Dhanu Singh Deora) slightly shifted in passing 1100 metres and squeezed STAR OF THEA (Shiva Kumar) on his inside and GDANSK (M J GautamRajUrs) slightly shifted out passing 1100 metres and in the process squeezed STAR OF THEA (Shiva Kumar), which was travelling in between the two runners, thereby the rider of the latter lost his right stirrup, which he regained in few strides. Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora, the rider of HIS EMINENCE was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting `out` with the use of the whip and causing severe interference to D GOLD (Dasharath Singh), on his outside, in the last 200 metres.
D Gold	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to substitute Jockey Dashrath Singh, to ride his charge D GOLD, in place of Jockey Akshay Kumar (H), the declared rider. Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora, the rider of HIS EMINENCE was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting `out` with the use of the whip and causing severe interference to D GOLD (Dasharath Singh), on his outside, in the last 200 metres.

Square The Circle	Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of LUCKY LUCIANO, was reprimanded for repeatedly shifting in and inconveniencing SQUARE THE CIRCLE (A Imran Khan), on his inside, between the 1100 Metres and the 800 Metres.
Sporto	Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of SPORTO was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing IMITATION GAME (R Ajay Kumar), on his outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Imitation Game	Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of SPORTO was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing IMITATION GAME (R Ajay Kumar), on his outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. IMITATION GAME (R Ajay Kumar) did not get a clear run between the 500 Metres and the 350 Metres, due to wall of horses in front of it.
Lucky Luciano	Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of LUCKY LUCIANO, was reprimanded for repeatedly shifting in and inconveniencing SQUARE THE CIRCLE (A Imran Khan), on his inside, between the 1100 Metres and the 800 Metres.
Haloween's Way	HALOWEEN`S WAY (H Rahul) sustained right fore and right hind bruises on back of fetlock.

8	(16)	THE BIG DEAL PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M
			5 P.M.

Greek Goddess	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to withdraw GREEK GODDESS (Shiva Kumar) on veterinary grounds, as it was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Ashwa Vikrant	Jockey Nazar Alam, the rider of PAPADOKIA, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to ASHWA VIKRANT (S Imran), on his inside, and as such, the rider of the latter had to check his mount and fall back, approaching the 1000 Metres.
Wind Power	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu to substitute Jockey P Kiran Rai to ride his charge WIND POWER, in place of Jockey K Sai Kiran, the declared rider.
Ruby Cube	Jockey M Madhu Babu was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards in the presence of Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar, for the manner of his riding on his mount RUBY CUBE, in the above Race. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by him, the Stipendiary Stewards fined Jockey M Madhu Babu Rs.3,000/ for not making sufficient efforts to ride out his mount throughout the Race. He was informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
Papadokia	Jockey Nazar Alam, the rider of PAPADOKIA, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to ASHWA VIKRANT (S Imran), on his inside, and as such, the rider of the latter had to check his mount and fall back, approaching the 1000 Metres.
Dagobert	Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of DAGOBERT, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race.
