Swift Lady	SWIFT LADY arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. Rutherford Alford had earlier been warned and fined for late arrival of his charges, he has now been given a final warning to school his charges better and ensure they reach the starting gates on time to avoid stricter disciplinary action.
Mountain Gold	MOUNTAIN GOLD, SOUL AQUARIAN and STAR PRIDE were slow to begin.
Soul Aquarian	MOUNTAIN GOLD, SOUL AQUARIAN and STAR PRIDE were slow to begin.
Midnight Star	For failing to produce the registered colours in respect of his charge MIDNIGHT STAR, Tr Neil Darashah was fined a sum of Rs 1000/. Subsequently the use of ‘ALL BLACK’ was permitted and the Trainer was charged a sum of Rs 500/.
Star Pride	MOUNTAIN GOLD, SOUL AQUARIAN and STAR PRIDE were slow to begin.
Vinamrao	The Veterinary Officer reported that DELIVERANCE returned lame on right fore. Tr. Rutherford Alford was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Blackstone	BLACKSTONE (Md Azharuddin) was fractious and refused to be stalled in spite of repeated attempts. Under the circumstances the gelding was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.
Charismatic	Vinod Shinde (CHARISMATIC) was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for excessive use of the whip (2nd infringement). 5th RACE (155) THE COLOMBIANA HANDICAP – For Horses Rated 6186, Rated 4166 eligible (About) 1600 Metres (4.30/4.36) : 7 runners
Glorious King	GLORIOUS KING and RAFFAELLO were slow to begin.
