Trainers P.Shroff and Nina M.Lalvani have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
ReplicaJockey Kavraj Singh (REPLICA) reported that he has used his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount as a corrective measure since the filly luggedin in the straight. Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.

ContinentalAn objection was lodged by Jockey D.K.Ashish, rider of CONTINENTAL (Placed Second) against VELVET AMARI (P.Trevor, Placed First). The reason being, turning for home, VELVET AMARI took him out from 400 metres and bumped him, therefore he could not ride out and lost a certain race.

AppaloosaAt the start, SILVANO (Kishore Kadam, dr.8) jumped awkwardly inwards and went on to CAPTIVATE (A.Sandesh, dr.7), who in turn went on to AVANT GARDE (Neeraj Rawal, dr.6).
CaptivatePassing 1000 metres, CAPTIVATE (A.Sandesh) leaned inwards due to which SHADOWFAX (C.S.Jodha) shifted in and hampered the running of CONTINENTAL (D.K.Ashish).

Gabriella (O)GABRIELLA (S.Zervan) commenced to lug out while negotiating the bend and soon on entering the straight hungout sharply and drifted to the outer rails. Trainer P.Shroff has been asked to take remedial measures and to show the filly to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a Mock race, before next accepting to race. After the race, GABRIELLA was found to be sound.

5 (311) THE FOREST FANTASY DOUBLE STAKES

Ace FantasyJockey C.S.Jodha (ACE FANTASY) has been fined Rs.3,000/ for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. The Sr.V.O. reported that after completion of the race, ACE FANTASY showed signs of restlessness whilst being led to the paddock. First Aid treatment was given at the paddock but the gelding collapsed and did not respond to the treatment and died.
Al ShamsheerAL SHAMSHEER (Darren Williams) lost about 2 lengths at the start. After the race, AL SHAMSHEER was found to be sound

6 (312) THE RAJCOOMAR GUJADHUR MEMORIAL TROPHY

Speed KingAt the start, SPEED KING (App.R.Ajinkya) jumped out awkwardly. BEYOND HORIZONS (Neeraj Rawal, dr.9) jumped awkwardly outwards and went on to CHA CHA CHA (Darren Williams, dr.10), who went out on RAMESSES (D.K.Ashish, dr.11)
FlankerNear 1000 metres, FLANKER (App.S.Joseph) was tightened while racing on the inside of CENTAURUS (Kishore Kadam). As FLANKER lost position, HAIL THE KING (A.Sandesh) who was following, was steadied and lost position.
RamessesAfter the race, RAMESSES was observed to be sound, but having a cut injury at the right hind thigh. BARRINGO, HAIL THE KING and CHA CHA CHA were found to be sound.
Hail The KingJockey A.Sandesh (HAIL THE KING) reported that his mount did not travel well during the race.
