Ekram Alam (SANTA BARBARA) in the presence of Trainer L D Silva that his instructions were to go to front which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for effort, the filly shortened her strides and dropped back in the final 75 mtrs inspite of his best efforts. Trainer L D Silva while confirming the above added that his charge was in front and blew up in the final stages of the race and the winner PONTEFRACT (Afroz Khan) which is also trained by him had an advantage of a run. The Trainer further stated that he had fancied all his runners in this race was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination of SANTA BARBARA (App. Md. Ekram Alam) revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but had a sharp molars on both sides. Trainer L D Silva was fined a sum of Rs.2000/ for failing to exercise greater care in presenting of his charge for a race. PONTEFRACT (Afroz Khan) winner of the race is sampled.

Exclusive Spark	Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (FEDERER) in the presence of Trainer A. Vatsalya that he was forced to drop back at about the 600 mtrs due to EXCLUSIVE SPARK (Mohit Singh) racing directly in front dropping back, noted.

Consequent to App. Shivansh having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted App. Ajay Kumar to be substituted on PANCHO. PANCHO (App. Ajay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

Antidote

Explanation of Jockey Abhay Singh (ANTIDOTE) that his instructions were to sit 3rd/4th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter he was interfered when he was making his move from inside of N R I DEERA (BR Kumar) at about the 300 mtrs because of which he was forced to change course and made his move from outside and thereafter he did his best was noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but had a sharp molars on both sides. Trainer N Ravinder Singh was fined Rs.2000/ for failing to take greater care in presenting of his charge for a race. Jockey B R Kumar (N R I DEERA) reported that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race. The Jockey was however, fined Rs. 2000/ for shifting in at about the 300 mtrs in the process causing interference to ANTIDOTE (Abhay Singh).

Kings Best	Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (KINGS BEST) was severely reprimanded for losing his position in the initial stages of the race for no apparent reason and also dropping his hands before passing the winning post though on a beaten horse.
