Macchiato	The Veterinary Officer reported that MACCHIATO, an acceptor in the above race, returned bleeding from its nostrils after the morning track work on Wednesday, 4th March, 2026. Under the circumstances the horse was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Sabeel Shariff was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Sensations	BORN TO BE SPOILT was slow to begin losing approximately 4 – 5 lengths at the start. SENSATIONS was slow to begin.
Mogambo	Jockey M S Deora (MOGAMBO) was suspended from riding in races on 19th March and 20th March, 2026 (both days inclusive) for excessive use of the whip (3rd infringement). The Veterinary Officer reported that MOGAMBO returned bleeding from its nostrils. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Born To Be Spoilt	BORN TO BE SPOILT was slow to begin losing approximately 4 – 5 lengths at the start. SENSATIONS was slow to begin.

Diamond Gold	DIAMOND GOLD (M S Deora) which was slow to begin, had to be checked by its rider passing the 800 metres due to the crowding of the field.
Blazing Black	BLAZING BLACK was slow to begin.

Priceless Prince	PRICELESS PRINCE (Shezad Khan) played up in its stall and sat down on its haunches, in the process the Jockey sustained injuries. The gelding was taken out, examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on its left hind. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Ritesh was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the
Honey Cake	Jockey Abhishek Mhatre (HONEY CAKE) was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/ for coming in sharply some distance after the start when not sufficiently clear of the runners on his inside thereby causing interference to SPIRIT BAY (Varun), INDIAN JACK (M S Deora) and DR DOOM (R Vaibhav) which had to be checked by their respective riders.

Spirit Bay	Jockey Abhishek Mhatre (HONEY CAKE) was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/ for coming in sharply some distance after the start when not sufficiently clear of the runners on his inside thereby causing interference to SPIRIT BAY (Varun), INDIAN JACK (M S Deora) and DR DOOM (R Vaibhav) which had to be checked by their respective riders. Jockey Varun (SPIRIT BAY) was reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the winning post, although on a beaten horse.
Kadhal	KADHAL and VENENO were slow to begin losing considerable ground at the start. Trs. V Ajith Kumar and B Rajender Reddy were advised not to accept with their respective charges until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.
Veneno	VENENO (Jockey V R Jagadeesh) left the paddock and proceeded to the starting gates rider less. Tr. B Rajender Reddy was once again fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/ for failing to follow the laid down procedure for horses being led to the start and was warned that future repetition would entail stricter disciplinary action. KADHAL and VENENO were slow to begin losing considerable ground at the start. Trs. V Ajith Kumar and B Rajender Reddy were advised not to accept with their respective charges until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.
Felix	The Veterinary Officer reported that FELIX returned lame on its right fore. Tr. Rutherford Alford was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Positivity	POSITIVITY (Nikhil Naidu) planted, losing over a distance. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.

Zambezi	ZAMBEZI planted taking no practical part in the race. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.
Banduk Wali	BANDUK WALI was crowded for room soon after the start.
Verrazzano	As Jockey Shezad Khan was declared medically unfit to ride, Tr. Ritesh was permitted to substitute Jockey Vishal N Bunde to ride his charge VERRAZZANO. Jockey Vinay Jaiswal (TRACK STRIKING) and Jockey Abhishek Mhatre (SEINA) were fined a sum of Rs. 3000/ each for bumping and causing interference to STRONG TALONS (R S Bhati) and VERRAZZANO (Vishal N Bunde) after the start and warned to exercise greater control over their mounts in future.
Oh My Darling	Jockey M S Deora (ADEYA) was fined a sum of Rs. 3000/ for bumping and causing interference after the start to CRISTALDO (Hasib Alam) and OH MY DARLING (Varun) and warned to exercise greater control over his mounts in future. Jockey Varun (OH MY DARLING) reported loss of whip passing the 350 metres.
Star Power	The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine STAR POWER and submit his report. Post race endoscopy revealed that the colt was clean.
Seina	Jockey Vinay Jaiswal (TRACK STRIKING) and Jockey Abhishek Mhatre (SEINA) were fined a sum of Rs. 3000/ each for bumping and causing interference to STRONG TALONS (R S Bhati) and VERRAZZANO (Vishal N Bunde) after the start and warned to exercise greater control over their mounts in future.
Strong Talons	Jockey Vinay Jaiswal (TRACK STRIKING) and Jockey Abhishek Mhatre (SEINA) were fined a sum of Rs. 3000/ each for bumping and causing interference to STRONG TALONS (R S Bhati) and VERRAZZANO (Vishal N Bunde) after the start and warned to exercise greater control over their mounts in future.
Track Striking	Jockey Vinay Jaiswal (TRACK STRIKING) and Jockey Abhishek Mhatre (SEINA) were fined a sum of Rs. 3000/ each for bumping and causing interference to STRONG TALONS (R S Bhati) and VERRAZZANO (Vishal N Bunde) after the start and warned to exercise greater control over their mounts in future.
Cristaldo	Jockey M S Deora (ADEYA) was fined a sum of Rs. 3000/ for bumping and causing interference after the start to CRISTALDO (Hasib Alam) and OH MY DARLING (Varun) and warned to exercise greater control over his mounts in future.
