1	(115)	THE COL. KAIKHUSHROO MANECKJI BHARUCHA MEMORIAL TROPHY (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46	1200M
			1.30 P.M.

Rashun	After the race, RASHUN was observed to have lost its right hind plate. ASHRAFIE, LAURUS PRIDE and NATIONAL STAR (examined on 08/09/2014) were found to be sound.
Lucky Charm	Jockey Dashrath Singh (LUCKY CHARM) reported that his rein slipped near 100 metres which he regained shortly.
National Star	Approaching 800 metres, NATIONAL STAR (App. Akshay Gaikwad) suddenly duckedin and went across MEGGIDO (H.A.Sachin).
Ashrafie	ASHRAFIE (App. S.J.Sunil) luggedout throughout the race and near 1000 metres the filly shifted out and hampered the running of RASHUN (T.S.Jodha) and then, while negotiating the bend carried LAURUS PRIDE (App.Yash Narredu) outwards. Trainer Sanjay Kolse has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.

2	(116)	THE ALGECIRAS PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66	2400M
			2.00 P.M.

Holy Bull	Jockey C.S.Jodha (HOLY BULL) has been fined Rs.1,000/ for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
Athens	ATHENS (Dashrath Singh) luggedout in the early part of the straight. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.

3	(117)	THE SEPTEMBER HANDICAP A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46 - (3 years old only)	1600M
			2.30 P.M.

Vistana	At the request of Trainer Bezan Chenoy, SHIVALIK VIEW was examined at 0900 hours on 05/09/2014 and was suspected to have liver disorder. As such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. The Trainer is required to obtain a fitness certificate for the filly from the Club’s V.O. before next accepting with her to race.
Majesterian	After the race, MAJESTERIAN, SECRET MISSION and ZUMI ZUMI were found to be sound. MAJESTERIAN had a gum injury.
Zumi Zumi	At the start, ZUMI ZUMI (T.S.Jodha) shiftedin and tightened MAJESTERIAN (D.K.Ashish), who in turn leaned on to ZAZOU (Neeraj Rawal). Jockey T.S.Jodha has been cautioned.

4	(118)	FIELD MARSHAL SAM MANECKSHAW MEMORIAL TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 80 & ABOVE	1400M
			3.15 P.M.

Myla Rose

After the race, MYLA ROSE was observed to have a cut injury at the left hind pastern (inside).

Zoraavar

After passing 200 metres, ZORAAVAR (A.Sandesh) shiftedout under the use of whip and took the rightful running of CAESARS STAR (Kavraj Singh) who was checked and whilst being steadied, clipped the hind heels of ZORAAVAR and stumbled which could have caused a fall, as such, the License of Jockey A. Sandesh has been suspended for 27th September 2014 for Careless Riding. (Permitted to ride work / mock race).

5	(119)	THE SOUTHERN COMMAND GOLD TROPHY (GR.3) TERMS - 3 YEARS OLD & UPWARD	1600M
			4.00 P.M.

Papakura

Trainer M. Narredu lodged a verbal complaint against the riding of Jockey T.S.Jodha (PAPAKURA) for not allowing room to his charge SUPREME STAR between 800 and 600 metres, due to which the gelding could not perform to its ability and he also requested for his horse to be scoped. When questioned, Jockey T.S.Jodha stated that he had not shiftedin and has not tried to keep SUPREME STAR tuckedin and has ridden his own race. Whilst viewing the race, it was observed that PAPAKURA had kept a straight course but due to the bend, SILVER STREAK (D.K.Ashish), the leader who was positioned along the rails, shiftedout marginally, due to which ACCLAIMED (S.Zervan) shifted out which had contributed to the tightening of room available to SUPREME STAR. As such, no action was initiated against Jockey T.S.Jodha.

Supreme Star

After the race, SUPREME STAR was found to be sound.

Fast Future	Near 200 metres, NATIONAL GOLD (Sandeep Jadhav) shiftedout under the use of whip and went on to DANCING SPLENDOUR (T.S.Jodha). Jockey Sandeep Jadhav has been cautioned.
Peppercorn	After the race, PEPPERCORN was observed to have lost its left fore plate. DOUBLE DIAMOND, MAGIC VISION and NATIONAL GOLD were found to be sound.
Pezzonovante	Near 700 metres, PEZZONOVANTE (App. Akshay Gaikwad) was tightened while racing between MAGIC VISION (S.Zervan) and NATIONAL GOLD (Sandeep Jadhav).

7	(121)	THE JAIDEV PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26	1200M
			5.00 P.M.

Padmakosa	At the request of Trainer Subhag Singh, PADMAKOSA was examined at 0845 hours on 05/09/2014 and was observed to be tied up and stiff with swelling on both fore legs and was sore by the left fore leg. As such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Miracle Of Mercy	Jockey D.A.Naik (MIRACLE OF MERCY) has been fined Rs.1000/ for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
Holiday Dancer	At the start, HOLIDAY DANCER (Amyn Merchant) began awkwardly. REALTY (Dashrath Singh, dr.3) jumped awkwardly inwards and went on to TWO OCEANS (A.Sandeshdr.2) who in turn went on to GOLDEN GLORY (R.Shelar, dr.1).
Golden Glory	After the race, GOLDEN GLORY was found to be sound, but having an abrasion at the right fore fetlock. REALITY and MIRACLE OF MERCY had lost their right hind plate. HOLIDAY DANCER was found to be sound.
