Green ThumbJockey Ravinder Singh (GREEN THUMB) reported that his mount was shying and dropping back seeing the other runners and in the straight was also lugging in whereby he had difficulty in riding him out on an even keel. Embattled(O)Explanation of Mr. S.A. Shehzad Abbas, Trainer of EMBATTLED (P.S. CHOUHAN) the winner of this race re: improved performance of his charge that his charge in his previous runs had ran over a distance of about 1000 and 1100 metres respectively and in the previous run i.e., Race No. 19 over a distance of about 1100 metres he was gaining ground in the straight and finished a close 8th about 5 ½ lengths behind the winner as such he had given a gap of about 1 month and during this period the gelding had improved and the 100 metres extra to travel today had been to his charge’s advantage as such had gone onto win, noted. However, Trainer S.A. Shehzad Abbas was advised to ensure that his charges raced more consistently in future.
Green VisionGREEN VISION (Y.S. SRINATH) took an awkward jump towards inside taking the ground of SOUTHERN SPICE (A. IMRAN KHAN) and DECCAN PASSION (CH K CHARY).
Costa MesaCOSTA MESA (M.F. ALI KHAN) took a fly jump losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
Baywatch Babe(O)App. R. Umesh (BAYWATCH BABE) fined Rs. 2,000/ for failing to follow the given instructions.
Cool SpiceCOOL SPICE (S. SHOBAN BABU) dropped back from about the 400 metres and trailed the field. Trainer Faiyaz Shaikh was advised to ensure that his charge was capable of a better performance before next acceptance..

Rainbow FogJockey S. Shoban Babu (RAINBOW FOG) fined Rs. 1,000/ for shifting in 100 metres after the start crowding the runners on his inside resulting in interference to PROVISO (APP. A. ASHHAD ASBAR).
Ave MariaExplanation of Jockey Y.S. Srinath (AVE MARIA) that his instructions were to position his mount 4th or 5th which he could follow until entering into the straight and thereafter his mount did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts, noted.

AccordionJockey Deep Shanker (ACCORDION) fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting in at about the 600 metres causing interference to TIARA (P.S. CHOUHAN) and JUST BE COOL (S. SREEKANT).
TiaraTIARA (P.S. CHOUHAN) jumped out awkwardly towards outside onto CHINA PEARL (K. ANIL) inspite of the Jockeys efforts.
Classic DancerJockey S. Shoban Babu (CLASSIC DANCER) reported that his mount was tending to run out until entering the final bend inspite of his efforts. Trainer T. Srinagesh was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.
Elite Prince ELITE PRINCE (SK. FAROOKH) trailed the field for the greater part of the race. Trainer Faiyaz Shaikh was advised to ensure that his charge was capable of a better performance before next acceptance.

7 (93) THE GOLCONDA 2000 GUINEAS 2009 (GR.2)
Terms - 3 years old only		 1600M
Mighty Prince (O)MIGHTY PRINCE and MIGHTY CRUSADER were not declared to start.
D'artagnan Permission was granted to Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh to saddle D’ARTAGNAN (DAVID ALLAN) on behalf of Trainer S. Padmanabhan at both Trainers risk and liability.
Angelo (O)Permission was granted to Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh to saddle ANGELO (C.D. HAYES) on behalf of Trainer P. Shroff at both Trainers risk and liability.
Arabian PrincePermission was granted to Trainer K.V. Srinivas to saddle ARABIAN PRINCE (SAMUEL FARGEAT) on behalf of Trainer J.S. Dhariwal at both Trainers risk and liability.
Bourbon Bay (O)Permission was granted to Trainer K. Satheesh to saddle BOURBON BAY (A. IMRAN KHAN) on behalf of Trainer S. Ganapathy at both Trainers risk and liability.

8 (94) THE LINGAPUR CUP
A Handicap for Horses 3 YEARS OLD & UPWARD(Category-II)		 1100M
ZyconZYCON (T.G. MCLAUGHLIN) returned bleeding from both nostrils after the race.
Dancing TouchAn objection lodged by App. A. Ashhad Asbar (DANCING TOUCH) placed 2nd against Jockey T.G. Mclaughlin (ZYCON) the winner for “coming in, in the last 200 metres and squeezing me on the rails thereby I had to stop riding and also had to change my whip hand due to which my mount got unbalanced which cost me the race” was overruled by the Stewards, the judges placings remaining unaltered.
Walk In The ParkWALK IN THE PARK (APP. R. UMESH) returned bleeding from both nostrils after the race.

9 (95) THE BOBBILI PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated upto 50 - 3 YEARS OLD & UPWARD(Category-III)		 1000M
Sparkling FlameSPARKLING FLAME (N. RAWAL) dwelt and lost 4 to 5 lengths. SSC revoked.
Sugar BabyJockey D. Gnaneshwar (SUGAR BABY) reported that his mount was hanging in, in the straight inspite of his best efforts due to which he was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.
Sparkling SapphireJockeys Ch K Chary (SPARKLING SAPPHIRE) and K. Anil (BOYANCE) cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course in the initial stages of the race.
