Mizuno	As Jockey Suraj Narredu failed to arrive on time due to the late arrival of his flight, Tr.Bharath Singh was permitted to substitute Jockey C Alford to ride his charge MIZUNO. MIZUNO (C Alford) arrived late to the start and was fractious while being stalled. Tr. Bharath Singh was advised to ensure that his charge arrives on time in future.
Comedian	COMEDIAN (Arman Khan) was slow to begin.
The Dark Lord	THE DARK LORD (Surjeet Singh) and ZEFFIRELLI (Sk Zaffar Riaz) were fractious while being stalled.
Chupa Rustum	CHUPA RUSTUM (App Md Azharuddin) which was fractious while being stalled was slow to begin.

Studiofiftyfour	Jockey Mohit Singh, the rider of b g STUDIOFIFTYFOUR, was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for the indifferent handling of his mount in that during the early and middle stages of the race he made no effort to imp rove his position when he had every opportunity to do so. Further Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed to ensure that his charges run in a manner that leaves no room for query.
Cool Judgement	COOL JUDGEMENT (Arman Khan) was fractious while being stall ed.
Flying Boy	FLYING BOY (App Ranidan Singh) was slow to begin. The Veterinary Officer reported that FLYING BOY returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. Bharath Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Beyond Expectation

The Veterinary Officer reported that BEYOND EXPECTATION returned lame on right fore. Tr. Javed Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Speed King

SPEED KING (B Mahesh) was fractious while being stalled. Jockey B Mahesh when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount SPEED KING, stated that he intentionally missed the kick at the start to enable him to ‘settle’ the gelding as it had a tendency to run too freely in the early stages. However, on entering the straight when the opportunity arose to improve his position, the gelding did not make adequate progress in spite of his best efforts. His explanation was noted.

EVESHAM (C Alford) was slow to begin. Jockey C Alford when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount b g EVESHAM, stated that he was held back while making progress approaching the 600 metres due to the crowding of the field and this may have had a bearing on the end result of the race. His explanation was noted.

Warpath	For failing to declare a Jockey in respect of his charge WARPATH, an acceptor in the above race, Tr. Sabeel Shariff was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/. Subsequently the colt was permitted to be withdrawn.
Evera	EVERA (S John) was fractious while being stalled.
Kabini	KABINI (Md Islam) was fractious in its stall.

Santero	SANTERO (C Alford) and KRISHNA (Imran Chisty) were slow to begin.
Sam Houston	SAM HOUSTON (Md Islam) was fractious in its stall.
Krishna	KRISHNA (Imran Chisty) arrived late to the start thereby delaying the start of the race. Tr. Javed Khan was advised to ensure that his charge arrives on time in future. Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of KRISHNA, reported that his mount was inclined to lean ‘in’ during the early and middle stages of the race and thereafter on entering the straight made some progress on the outside. Tr. Javed Khan was advised to take appropriate remedial measures.
Dayavan	DAYAVAN (Vinay Jaiswal) and DIVINE DIMENSION (App Md Azharuddin) were fractious while being stalled.
