1	(93)	THE ALVARADA CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26	1400M
			12:00 PM

The Presence	On the morning of Sunday, 11th January, 2026 THE PRESENCE, a declared starter in the above race was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Shafiq Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Royal Member	ROYAL MEMBER was vary fractious in its stall, reared up dislodging its rider and got its legs stuck in the side bar of the front gates. Thereafter the colt flipped over. The colt was taken out from its stall and was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders as a precautionary measure. Tr. Javed Khan was advised not to accept with his charge until it was shown to the satisfaction of the Stater in a barrier trial.
Divine Run	An objection was raised by Mr. Rutherford Alford, the trainer of BANDUK WALI placed 2nd by the Judge against DIVINE RUN (A A Vikrant) placed 1st on the grounds “it was brought to our notice at the beginning of the season that out station horses will not be permitted to run in the lower class (1 to 26) and no notice was provided to any trainer or owner that ‘B’ licensed trainers’ horses will be allowed to participate in this class”. The Stewards after interviewing Tr. Rutherford Alford, going through the Notice published in the general conditions of the Prospectus for the Calcutta Cold Weather Season 20252026 and taking into consideration the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards, found no deviation of any clause from the Notice published and decided to overrule the objection, the Judge’s placings remaining unchanged. The “All Clear Signal” was ordered to be hoisted.

Dancing Queen	DANCING QUEEN, GODSEND DIVINE, CUPID’S WAY and MOGAMBO were slow to begin.
Godsend Divine	DANCING QUEEN, GODSEND DIVINE, CUPID’S WAY and MOGAMBO were slow to begin. Jockey Imran Chisty (CUPID’S WAY) reported that he was inconvenienced by GODSEND DIVINE (Antony Raj S) in the final stages of the race.
Mogambo	DANCING QUEEN, GODSEND DIVINE, CUPID’S WAY and MOGAMBO were slow to begin.

2	(97)	THE HALL OF FAMER CUP (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 41 TO 66	1200M
			2:00 PM

Mighty Zo	CAT WHISKERS and MIGHTY ZO missed the jump. CASH YOUR LUCK jumped inwards from the gates.
Cat Whiskers	CAT WHISKERS and MIGHTY ZO missed the jump. CASH YOUR LUCK jumped inwards from the gates.
Keitaro	KEITARO was slow to begin.
Cash Your Luck	CAT WHISKERS and MIGHTY ZO missed the jump. CASH YOUR LUCK jumped inwards from the gates. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine CASH YOUR LUCK and submit his report. On examination the mare was found to be trotting sound.

Veneno	VENENO was very fractious and got loose on its way to the start, dislodged the rider and moved around the course rider less. The mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders.
