Princess JasminePRINCESS JASMINE (Darshan R.N) was examined at the starting gate by the Club`s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Star CitizenSTAR CITIZEN (Koshi Kumar) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Infinite SpiritJockey Shreyas Singh S, the rider of INFINITE SPIRIT reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Way Of LifeJockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of WAY OF LIFE was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to LADY GODIVA (Darshan R.N), which in turn passed it onto SEA DIAMOND (Ikram Ahmed) and QUEVEGA (Rajesh Kumar M) on his inside soon after the start. Jockey Siddaraju.P, the rider of APOLLO LIGHT reported that he lost his left stirrup while jumping out of the starting gates, as such he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. In the process he shifted out and inconvenienced WAY OF LIFE (A.R.Pradeep), which in turn passed it onto LADY GODIVA (Darshan R.N) passing the 1000 Metres. An enquiry was held into the matter at the behest of Owner Mr. Kumaraswamy and Trainer Mr. Prithviraj B., the Enquiry Officers held a detailed enquiry into the above incident on 13/1/2024 and viewed various angles of the CCTV replay in the presence of Trainer Mr. Prithviraj B. and Jockey Siddaraju.P. After a thorough enquiry they concluded that the benefit of doubt would be given to Jockey Siddaraju.P., the rider of APOLLO LIGHT on this incident. However, he was informed to be careful in future as to the position of his leg in the stirrup. Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of WAY OF LIFE was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to MAX MUELLER (Shreyas Singh S) on his inside passing the 350 Metres. Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh was fined Rs.10,000/ for the reversal of form of WAY OF LIFE (A.R.Pradeep) in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.69 i.e.The Ganga Plate Div. I (About) 1200 Metres, Horses rated 00 to 25 run on 30th December, 2023 wherein it unplaced. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch m WAY OF LIFE.

Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of SHE`S A LADY was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

EmbosomIt was observed that EMBOSOM (Siddaraju.P) accidentally brushed the rails passing the 1000 Metres.
DominaJockey Y. S. Srinath, the rider of DOMINA reported that his mount was hanging out from 800 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Jersey LegendIt was observed that Jockey Tousif Khan, the rider of JERSEY LEGEND had to steady his mount passing the 1000 Metres due to a closely packed field.
Ultimate ChanceULTIMATE CHANCE (Ram Nandan Manjhi) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S. Dominic was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
Super KindSUPER KIND (A.R.Pradeep) after jumping out did not raise a fluent gallop for the first 100 Metres. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
Dallas DrifterJockey Inayat, the rider of DALLAS DRIFTER reported that his mount stopped galloping in the final 200 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sharp molars and bit sore on right oral commissure. Hence, Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas. K was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence (1st infringement).

In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race. Jockey Naveen M., the rider of SUNWAY LAGOON was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to GLOW IN THE DARK (Y. S. Srinath) on his outside passing the 350 Metres.
Sea JackJockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of SEA JACK reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race as such he could not offer any assistance to his mount. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

OWN LEGACY was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sustained bleeding cut injury on right gaskin.

On examination, it was confirmed to be lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Naveen M., the rider of JOKSHAN was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
War TrailJockey Ikram Ahmed, the rider of WAR TRAIL was fined Rs.3,000/ for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.
Golden GalleryJockey Darshan R.N, the rider of ULTIMATE STRIKER was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing GOLDEN GALLERY (Siddaraju.P) on his inside passing the 1100 Metres.
