Ashwa Panama	Jockey J.Pradeep (SENTINEL) has been cautioned for allowing his mount to travel while negotiating the bend. After the race, SENTINEL was observed to have lost its left hind plate.
Incredible Beauty	INCREDIBLE BEAUTY (H.G.Rathod) was slow in the stride, losing about 2 lengths at the start. Jockey H.G.Rathod (INCREDIBLE BEAUTY) has been reprimanded for traveling wide while negotiating the bend.

Shabdeez

Passing 400 metres, SHABDEEZ (J.Pradeep) shifted out and went across MYPETHONEY (P.Belose) and further shifted out under use of the whip and went across TATTENHOE (Samuel Fargeat) causing the latter to be checked by its Rider. Jockey J. Pradeep has been fined Rs.3000/ for failing to exercise proper control over his mount. Further, the jockey has been reprimanded for allowing his mount to drift out in the straight.

Splendid Monarchy

SPLENDID MONARCHY (J.Pradeep) whipped around and took no practical part in the race. The filly had behaved in a similar manner in her previous outing and had been asked to be shown in a mock race. However, since the filly repeated the behaviour, Trainer Hosidar Daji has been asked to take remedial measures and to show the filly in two mock races to the satisfaction of the Starter, before next accepting to race.

Resilience

Jockeys Amyn Merchant (RESILIENCE) and T.S.Jodha (RODRIGO) have been severely cautioned for traveling wide for no apparent reason while negotiating the bend.

Artistic Liason	After the race, ARTISTIC LIASON was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit to race by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Kuhaylan	Near 1100 metres, MYSTERIOUS HEIGHTS (R Biramne) was tightened for room while racing on the inside of WARCRAFT (C Rajendra).
Arabian Emperor	RISING EMPEROR (Sunny Chinoy) jumped out awkwardly. At the start, RISING EMPEROR (Sunny Chinoy, dr.10) jumped out awkwardly towards the inside and went on to TRUMEN (Samuel Fargeat, dr.9) who in turn shifted in and made contact with MYSTERIOUS HEIGHTS (R Biramne, dr.8). At the same time MORPHEUS (V Kotwal, dr.6) threw its head up and jumped out awkwardly and shifted outwards and forced MR GREEDY (M.Narredu, dr.7) to shift out and made contact with MYSTERIOUS HEIGHTS. Since the incidents were accidental, no action has been initiated against anyone.

5	(196)	THE NOSHIR & DOLLY DHUNJIBHOY SPRINT CHAMPIONSHIP TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD	1200M

Dancing Diva	At the request of Trainer Altamash Ahmed, DANCING DIVA was examined by the Club’s VO at 1000 hours on 11/10/2008 and was found to have fever, as such the mare was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Jockey Samuel Fargeat stated that he had ridden the horse the same way that he had ridden earlier in R.No.92 where he won. He opined that the horse runs better when covered with the other horses. In this race he could not get the cover since it was a small field. The jockey also explained the two occasions on which the gaps closed on him while making his bid on the outside of REJUVENITE and after that he had done his best. The explanation has been accepted.
Lago Medio	Trainer Faisal A. Abbas and Jockey Samuel Fargeat were questioned regarding the running and riding of LAGO MEDIO. The jockey was instructed to ride his own race. The trainer stated that as soon as LAGO MEDIO made his move, the gap on him closed when REJUVENITE (K.P.G.Appu) shifted out and traveling some distance further the gap available to LAGO MEDIO again closed due to the outward shifting of REJUVENITE. After the race, LAGO MEDIO was observed to have an abrasion on the left fore bulb of heel.
Pampered Princess	After the race, PAMPERED PRINCESS was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The mare has to be passed fit to race by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

6	(197)	THE NANOLI STUD PUNE DERBY (GRADE 1) TERMS - 3 years old only	2000M

Autonomy	At the request of Trainer Bezan Chenoy, AUTONOMY was examined by the Club’s. VO at 1800 hours on 11/10/2008 and was found to be sore by the left fore leg, as such the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Phenomenale	Jockey C Rajendra (PHENOMENALE) has been fined Rs.3000/ for exulting in victory before passing the Winning Post.
Dancing Dynamite	Jockey Suraj Narredu (DANCING DYNAMITE) have been fined Rs.1000/ each for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on their respective mounts.
Antonios	M Narredu (ANTONIOS) have been fined Rs.1000/ each for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on their respective mounts. Jockey M Narredu (ANTONIOS) has been cautioned for allowing his mount to shift out passing 600 metres and in the process made contact with DANCING DYNAMITE (Suraj Narredu).
Flaming Ace	FLAMING ACE (YS Srinath) hung out while negotiating the bend and in the straight. Trainer Karthik G has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. FLAMING ACE (Y.S.Srinath) was placed fifth by the Judge.

Star Adventure	STAR ADVENTURE (YS Srinath) was inclined to hang out in the straight. Trainer Karthik G has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
Thundering Star	THUNDERING STAR (App.S.Zervan) took a fly jump.

Tapitsfly	The Sr. Veterinary Officer informed that Trainer Arti Doctor had accepted and declared CENTREOFATTENTION and hence was in breach of the notice with regard to administration of Vaccine/ Injection, as such the filly was not permitted to race and Trainer Arti Doctor was fined Rs.10,000/ for her lapse.
Brad	Jockeys C Rajendra (BRAD) have been fined Rs.3000/ each for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on respective mount.
Star Luxurious	YS Srinath (STAR LUXIRIOUS) have been fined Rs.3000/ each for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on respective mount.
Exotic Star(O)	Jockey Wayne Smith (EXOTIC STAR) has been fined Rs.1000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
