1	(243)	THE ACT IN TIME PLATE (DIV.II) A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26	1200M

Above All	After the race, ABOVE ALL was found to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.
Tease Me	App.N.S.Parmar (GYPSY QUEEN) has been fined Rs.1000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. In the final stages of the race, GYPSY QUEEN (App.N.S.Parmar) was tightened as ABOVE ALL (C Ruzaan) rolled inwards. On a report from the Sr.V.O. that ABOVE ALL had broken a blood vessel, no action has been taken against Jockey C Ruzaan.
Loyal Tycoon	App D.S.Rathore (LOYAL TYCOON) has been reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift in under use of the whip after passing 400 metres and GOING across DANCING MONEY (Zameer Sayyed), causing the filly to be steadied. After the race, LOYAL TYCOON & GYPSY QUEEN were found to be sound.
Star Blaze	At the start, STAR BLAZE (J.Pradeep) was steadied when crowded. After the race, STAR BLAZE was found to be going short by the left fore leg. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.

Wells Fargo	Jockey Zameer Sayyed (WELLS FARGO) has been fined Rs.1000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
Orion Star	ORION STAR (App.D.S.Rathore) was standing awkwardly in the stall. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to give the filly more gate practice before next accepting to race. Passing 1000 metres, ORION STAR (App.D.S.Rathore) shifted in and took the running of BLUE THUNDER (App.S.Zervan). App.D.S.Rathore has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Accurize	Approaching 200 metres, ACCURIZE (App.Shrikant Kamble) was hampered for a clear run while racing on the inside of STARDOM (R.Shelar).
Sea Wonder	Approaching 1000 metres, SEA WONDER (S.P.Ranjane) clipped the hind heels of TEHRANI (Daniel Bast) as the latter was checked and weakened. On questioning, Jockey Daniel Bast stated that his instructions were to be in 3rd or 4th position and then to ride his own race and since he did not want to hit the front, he had to check his mount which resulted in SEA WONDER clipping his mount. After the race, SEA WONDER was found to be sound.

Ocean Admiral

Jockey Imran Chisty (OCEAN ADMIRAL) has been cautioned for keeping an erratic course under use of the whip and in the process inconveniencing TORRIGLIA (B.Prakash) on a couple of occasions. After the race, OCEAN ADMIRAL was found to be sound.

River Gem	After the race, RIVER GEM and ENTICEMENT were found to be sound.
Fish Pilot	Trainer Nana Raghunath has been fined Rs.2000/ for declaring incorrect shoeing on his charge FISH PILOT. The gelding was declared to have Aluminium, Both Hind High Heels whereas the gelding was found to have Aluminium, Left Hind High Heel. FISH PILOT (App.D.S.Rathore) and AMARANZA (Neeraj Rawal) luggedin in the final 200 metres. Trainers Nana Ragunath and S Shaikh have been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race their respective horse.
Amaranza	Jockey Neeraj Rawal (AMARANZA) reported that his reins had got entangled with his whip as his mount strengthened for home.

Creme De La Creme	At the start, CREME DE LA CR?ME (Sunny Chinoy) fly jumped.
Lord Of Killarney	LORD OF KILLARNEY (C Rajendra) commenced to hang out while negotiating the bend and then hung out in the straight. Trainer Imtiaz A.Sait has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. Jockey Sunny Chinoy (CREME DE LA CR?ME) has been fined Rs.1000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. After the race, LORD OF KILLARNEY was found to be sound.
Blue Daffodils	After the race, BLUE DAFFODILS was found to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.

Lightning Cavalry	After the race, LIGHTNING CAVALRY was observed to have an abrasion on the left hind bulb of heel and TOMMY CARMICHAEL had a gum injury. VACHERON was found to be sound.
Oriental Magic	Near 1400 metres, ORIENTAL MAGIC (D.K.Ashish) was inconvenienced while racing between ON MY WAY (J.Pradeep) and WESTERN CHALLENGE (App.P.Trevor). Since the incident was accidental, no action has been initiated against anyone Approaching 200 metres, ORIENTAL MAGIC (D.K.Ashish) was tightened along the rails as GREEN SIGNAL (Dashrath Singh) shifted in due to LIGHTNING CAVALRY (C.S.Jodha) shifting in. Jockey C.S.Jodha has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Desert Dynamite	After the race, DESERT DYNAMITE was found to be going short by the right fore leg and MOON GAZER was found to be sore by the left fore leg. Both the horses have to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.
Urban Warrior	Near 1800 metres, URBAN WARRIOR (App.M.A.Roushan) was inconvenienced while racing between VACHERON (Y.S.Srinath) and WESTERN CHALLENGE (App.P.Trevor). Since the incident was accidental no action has been initiated against anyone.

8	(250)	THE NADIA MARY HOMI WADIA TROPHY TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1000M

Ocean Farer	OCEAN FARER (Imran Chisty) hung out passing 400 metres and took VIVA LA DIVA (C.Rajendra) outwards and then continued to hang out. Trainer S.K.Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures and to show the filly to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a Mock Race, before next accepting to race. After the race, OCEAN FARER, MIDDAY LADY and MADAM KILLEEN were found to be sound.
Madam Killeen	At the start, MADAM KILLEEN (Dashrath Singh) jumped out awkwardly and shifted inwards despite Jockey`s effort. Trainer C.D.Katrak has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
The Saint	After the race, THE SAINT was found to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.
Red Passion	RED PASSION (J.Pradeep) and STAR ZONE (R.Birmane) hung out in the straight due to which the Jockeys could not do justice to their respective mounts. Trainers Hosidar Daji and C.D.Katrak have been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race with their respective charges.
Reinstate	REINSTATE (D.K.Ashish) planted and lost about a distance at the start. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter in a Mock Race, before next accepting with her to race.

9	(251)	THE RONALDO PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26 - (4 years old only)	1600M

Living The Dream	Approaching 800 metres, LIVING THE DREAM (Dashrath Singh) clipped the hind heels of GERRAD (App. P.Trevor) and stumbled dislodging its Rider. Due to the fall of the Jockey, MONK`S FERRARI (C.S.Jodha), PRINCE BRIJENDRA (C.Rajendra), SEA ANGEL (Imran Chisty) and LUSTY (R.Shelar) were steadied, and in the process PRINCE BRIJENDRA lost considerable ground. After the race, LIVING THE DREAM was found to be sound.
Prince Of Troy	At the request of Trainer Narendra Lagad, PRINCE OF TROY was examined at 1930 hours on 12/03/2010 and was found to be going short by the left fore leg and had a slight swelling at the left fetlock, as such the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.
Inner Harmony	At the start, SPLENDID SECRET (App.N.S.Parmar) and LUSTY (R.Shelar) threw their head up.
