Seven Of HeartsIt was reported after the race that SEVEN OF HEARTS (S. Mallikarjun) pulled up lame on right fore and sustained cut injury on left fore cannon. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club``s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
AbbaJockey Mohd. Feroz, the rider of ABBA, was reprimanded in the presence of Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar for riding an indifferent race and was informed that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action.
Fire StormJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of FIRE STORM , reported that his mount accidentally stumbled approaching the 800 Metres thereby he lost his left stirrup which he regained within a few strides.

MagnetizeIt was reported after the race that the left fore shoe of MAGNETIZE (5. John) had apparently come off during the race. It was observed that under the use of whip MAGNETIZE (S. John) crashed into the rails passing the 50 Metres whereby the rider got totally unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount. An enquiry is being held into the above incident. It was reported after the race that MAGNETIZE (5. John) pulled up lame on right hind and also sustained cut injury on right hind fetlock. Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club``s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Extra SparkRoutine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g EXTRA SPARK.
Glamour BoyJockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of GLAMOUR BOY, reported that he lost his whip in the final 100 Metres of the race.
Nation's GloryJockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of NATION``S GLORY, was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to LA LANTERNA(B. Mahesh) on his inside which had to be checked by its rider and shift out taking out BERNICIA (R. Vaibhav) and PRIVATE PARTY (Babu Singh) on the far side approaching the 700 Metres.

Smokey SidAs Jockey S. John, the declared rider of SMOKEY SID was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the 2nd race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey Ryan Marshall to ride SMOKEY SID in place of Jockey S. John, the declared rider. Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of SMOKEYSID, was fined Rs.2,OOO/ for coming in and causing interference to VIGOROUS (Arshad Alam) on his inside approaching the 250 Metres. Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of SMOKEYSID, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
NibbleyNIBBLEY (Mudassar Nazar) sustained a cut injury on right hind cannon.

Dancing Dae'monTrainer Mr. Dallas Todywala was fined Rs.l0,OOO/ by the Stewards for failing to declare his charge GRAND GIBRALTAR to start for this race after having accepted with it.
Nuray (O)Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of NURAY, reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination the Club``s Veterinary Officer reported that it had sharp molars on both sides. Hence Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand (deputizing for Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah) was informed that Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.3,OOO/ for his negligence ( 1st infringement).
Emperor CruisePermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey T.S. Jodha to ride EMPEROR CRUISE in place of Jockey S. John, the declared rider.

Spirit (O)Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.G. Nityanand to deputise on behalf of Trainer Mr.Neil Darashah for the above race in respect of his charge b f SPIRIT. SPIRIT (V.R. Jagadeesh) planted, lost many lengths at the start and ran detached thereafter. In view of its behaviour Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand (deputizing for Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah) was informed that he must not accept with It again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
