KandinskyJockey D.K.Ashish (KANDINSKY) reported that his mount was slow to begin. Trainer Vishal Gaikwad reported that his charge KANDINSKY returned without the Tongue Strap after the race. The matter was investigated and it was confirmed that the Assistant Starter had checked all equipments before the start. Therefore in all probability the horse may have lost the equipment during the race. After the race, KANDINSKY, KAYLA (examined on 17/08/2015) and ALFONSO (examined on 17/08/2015) were found to be sound. KANDINSKY had an upper gum injury.
AzadeganApproaching 600 metres, AZADEGAN (App.G.Amit) was observed to have marginaly shifted in on to ALFONSO(Bhawani Singh) App.G.Amit was cautioned.
AlfonsoApp.Bhawani Singh (ALFONSO) reported that his mount hung in passing the 1000 metres Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Neptune's OceanNUPTUNE’S OCEAN (Altaf Sayyed) was observed to have taken an unreasonable lead over the other runners. On questioning, the jockey stated that he went to the front as the pace was slow and he did not realize that he had taken a considerable lead. Jockey Altaf Sayyed was cautioned.

2 (60) THE HIGHLAND CROWN PLATE

Savage GardenJockey Dashrath Singh (SAVAGE GARDEN) and App.Yash Narredu (JAGER BOMB) have been fined Rs.1,000/ each for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on their respective mount. SAVAGE GARDEN (Dashrath Singh) was observed to have stumbled soon after the start.
StridonAfter the race, STRIDON and PLATED were found to be sound.

3 (61) THE HER MAJESTY TROPHY

FalconAfter the race, FALCON was found to be sound.

4 (62) THE CABRIOLET PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66		 1600M

Holy BullAfter the race, HOLY BULL and RIGOLETTO were found to be sound.

Gunga DinTurning for home, GUNGA DIN (Dashrath Singh) was observed to have weakened and in the process shifted out on to REMEMBER THE TIME (P.Trevor) and thereafter shifted in and made contact with SWARAJ (Amyn Merchant).
High AuthorityHIGH AUTHORITY (Abhishek Habbu) jumped out awkwardly and veered inwards. Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been advised to take remedial measures.

PaurusPAURUS (App.Bhawani Singh) planted and did not take part in the race. Trainer Subhag Singh has been asked to take remedial measures and to show the colt to the satisfaction of the Starter in a Mock Race, before next accepting to race.
AnnieANNIE (N.S.Parmar) was observed to have gradually shifted out passing the 400 metres thereby taking IRIDESCENCE (P.Trevor) outwards. As Jockey N.S.Parmar had immediately steadied his mount, no action was initiated against him.
SentimentalSoon after the start SENTIMENTAL (App.H.Zeeshan) was observed to shift in on to HOT PEPPER (T.S.Jodha) causing him to check and drop back. On questioning, App.H.Zeeshan stated that his mount was trying to go out and in his effort to steady his mount, he shifted in. Apprentice H.Zeeshan has been cautioned.
ApsarasAfter the race, JEWEL was observed to have a cut injury at the right hind cannon. SENTIMENTAL was examined at the stables on 17/08/2015 and found to be sound.

8 (66) THE ROYAL PRINCESS PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26		 1400M
5.00 P.M.
ArsenalAfter being stalled, ARSENAL (Altaf Sayyed) ducked the front gates leaving the same unserviceable, as such, ARSENAL was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s Order. Since the filly had behaved in a similar manner in the past, Trainer Sangramsinh N.Joshi has been asked to take remedial measures and to show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter in a Mock Race, before next accepting to race.
Sail PastThe Sr.V.O. informed that on arrival at the starting gates, Jockey Dashrath Singh reported that his mount, SAIL PAST is not right and requested it to be examined. On trotting, it was observed that the gelding was sore from the right fore leg. As such, SAIL PAST was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under the Starter’s Order. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race. Trainer Narendra Lagad along with the Owners of his ward, SAIL PAST, made a representation to the Stewards in connection with the withdrawal of the horse in this race. After hearing the Trainer, Owners and the Jockey, the Stewards directed the Stipendiary Stewards to conduct an enquiry into the same.
DiaDIA (App.Santosh G.) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Nazak Chenoy has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Angel Of LoveSECRET OATH (App.G.Amit) was observed to shift in passing the 1000 metres thereby causing interference to BELLA LUNA (App.D.R.Shubham) who was racing on his inside. After questioning App.G.Amit and not being satisfied with his explanation, he has been fined a Rs.1,000/ for failing to maintain a straight course.
