Therefore, DOUGLAS (Siddaraju.P) was permitted to be withdrawn as it was a prohibited practice by the trainer (Cooling treatment use of ice or ice pack or cold water therapy on a horse not permitted within 2 hours prior to the scheduled starting time of the race). Hence, Trainer Mr. Neil B Devaney was fined Rs.10,000/ for his negligence discharge of his duties as a trainer, thereby contravening Rule No. 114 (b) (i) of the B.T.C. Rules of Racing.
GalahadGALAHAD (Akshay Kumar) sustained superficial injury on the right stifle.
