Jockey P.S. Chouhan (LAUREL CANYON) cautioned for shifting in immediately after the start in the process taking the ground of SMART STRIKER (B. SHANKER).

Over Shadow	Explanation of Jockey S. Sreekant (OVER SHADOW) that his mount was tending to hang in throughout the race whereby he was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage was not accepted and the Jockey was severely cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race in future. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.
Emerald Touch (O)	Jockey M. Mark (EMERALD TOUCH) reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race in the process shifted in at about 600 metres taking the ground of LAUGHING EYES (KHURSHAD ALAM).
Arithmatic	ARITHMATIC (A. IMRAN KHAN), AUGUST KRANTI (P.A. CULHANE) and TRUE SCHOLAR (M. MADHU BABU) were tightened for room soon after the start.
La Buena	LA BUENA (NITIN SINGH) dwelt and lost about 4 to 5 lengths. SSC revoked.
In Reality	Jockey N. Ravinder Singh (IN REALITY) cautioned for losing position in the initial stages of the race for no apparent reason.

3	(53)	THE BASALAT JAH MEMORIAL CUP Terms - 3 YEARS OLD & UPWARD	1600M

Golden Palace	App. Kuldeep Singh (GOLDEN PALACE) cautioned for traveling wide in the straight for no apparent reason.
Malabar Prince	MALABAR PRINCE (M. MARK) planted as the start was effected and took no practical part in the race. SSC revoked. Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to show his charge in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next acceptance.

4	(54)	THE GRAND PARADE CUP UP TO 75 (CAT-II)	1400M

Royal Craft	ROYAL CRAFT (APP. A.K. PAWAR) jumped out slowly losing about 4 to 5 lengths. SSC revoked.
Royal Turn	ROYAL TURN (APP. G. SAI VAMSHI) was trotting lame.
Robust (O)	ROBUST (K. ANIL) clipped the heels of SHATAKSHI (NITIN SINGH) racing in front approaching the 400 metres and stumbled in the process dislodging the Jockey. Jockey K. Anil who was given immediate medical attention has been referred to the Hospital for further medical examination. Since the incident was accidental no action was taken. Due to the above ROYAL TURN (APP. G. SAI VAMSHI) racing directly behind had to be checked and change course. ROBUST (K. ANIL) was trotting lame on the morning of 20.8.2012.

5	(55)	THE XISCA PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated upto 50 - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD(Category-III)	1400M

Lake King	Kuldeep Singh (LAKE KING) cautioned for shifting in at about the 800 metres in the process taking the ground of TRIPPLE EIGHT (LAXMAN).
Midnight Beauty	Jockey N. Rawal (MIDNIGHT BEAUTY) fined for shifting out at about the 1000 metres causing interference to TRIPPLE EIGHT (LAXMAN).
The Challenge	Jockey N. Rajesh (THE CHALLENGE) fined for shifting out soon after the start onto CITI SUPREME (P.S. CHOUHAN) who in turn went onto LAKE KING (APP. KULDEEP SINGH) causing the latter interference.
Tripple Eight	Jockeys Laxman (TRIPPLE EIGHT) and A. Imran Khan (AUDACIOUS) fined for shifting out & in respectively immediately after the start causing interference to NANO STAR (NITIN SINGH) respectively

Armada	ARMADA (APP. A.K. PAWAR) refused to be stalled inspite of several attempts as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders. SSC revoked.
Palace Affairs	App. Ajit Kumar (PALACE AFFAIRS) fined for shifting in immediately after the start causing interference to ONE ONE ONE (M. MADHU BABU).
Part Time Lover	The Stewards suspended App. B. Dileep (PART TIME LOVER) from riding in races with effect from 29th August, 2012 to 3rd September, 2012 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he made no effort to prevent his mount from shifting in soon after the start causing interference to STAR EXPERIENCE (A. IMRAN KHAN), PALACE AFFAIRS (APP. AJIT KUMAR) and CALADIUM (APP. P. SAI KUMAR)

Class Apart

Permission was granted to Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh to saddle CLASS APART (P.A. CULHANE) on behalf of Trainer D. Todywalla at both Trainers risk and liability.

Explanation of App. P. Sai Kumar (FINE RACER) that his mount suddenly ducked out at about the 300 metres catching him unaware due to which he got unbalanced in the saddle and thereafter the mare ducked out again at about the 200 metres totally unbalancing and unseating him, noted. App. P. Sai Kumar who was given immediate medical attention escaped unhurt. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised to show his charge in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next acceptance.

Change of rider permitted from Jockey K. Anil to Jockey Deep Shanker on CHAYANANDAN.
