Super Gold	SUPER GOLD (Amyn Merchant) was very fractious in the gates, reared up and fell on her back and remained in the stall for a while with her neck entangled inside. After examination it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s orders. After the race, on examination, the Club`s Veterinary Officer reported that SUPER GOLD was found to have sprained withers. Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
String Along	Jockey Mohammed Shoaib, the rider of STRING ALONG, was fined Rs.3,000/ for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.
Jeyem	Jockey A. Ashok Kumar, the rider of JEYEM, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to AILSA (S. John) on his inside which in turn passed on to TIMELESS LOVE (S. Chandrashekar) along the rails approaching the 700 Metres. JEYEM (A. Ashok Kumar) sustained a cut injury on left hind tendon and right hind cannon.
Nicoletta	NICOLETTA (Ryan Marshall) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Burning Ambitions	BURNING AMBITIONS (Harish) sustained gum injury.
Kickingking	KICKINGKING (B. Sreekanth) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Powergrid	Jockey H.G.Rathod, the rider of POWERGRID, was fined Rs.1,000/ for not observing the prerace paddock formalities in front of the Grand Stand.
Retro Queen	RETRO QUEEN (Khurshad Alam) sustained injury on right hind cannon.
Attaturk	As Jockey S. John was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 2nd race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey S. Chandrashekar to ride ATTATURK in place of Jockey S. John the declared rider.
Ziggy Stardust	Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.500/ for not using a tongue strap on his charge ZIGGY STARDUST for which permission had already been obtained. Subsequently tongue strap was put on the horse before it left the paddock.
Caribbean Pirate	Jockey M. Madhu Babu, the rider of CARIBBLEAN PIRATE, was fined Rs.2,000/ for repeatedly checking his mount soon after the start and for travelling wide from 900 Metres to 600 Metres for no apparent reason. CARIBBEAN PIRATE (M. Madhu Babu) pulled up lame on right fore due to sprained tendon. Trainer Mr. G. Nityanand was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Astonical	ASTONICAL (G. Adarsh) planted, refused to raise a fluent gallop and ran detached from the field. In view of its continued unpredictable behaviour trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on race days on the race track.

Stone Of Destiny

An objection was lodged by Trainer Mr. Warren Singh (STONE OF DESTINY ridden by Jockey M.J. GautamRaj Urs) placed Second by the Judge against Jockey J.H.Christopher, the rider of EINSTEIN , placed First for "soon after the start the winner bumped the outside horse which passed it on to my horse where he got bumped by the inside horse whereby the rider had to check his mount and lost all his chances whereby it costed him the race". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed trainer Mr. Warren Singh and Jockeys M.J. GautamRajUrs (STONE OF DESTINY drawn 3) B. Prakash (CART WHEEL drawn 2) & J.H. Christopher (EINSTEIN drawn 1). After deliberations, the Stewards decided to over rule the objection. Subsequent to the objection being over ruled the Stewards decided that the deposit of Rs.2,500/ made by trainer Mr. Warren Singh towards lodging an objection be forfeited as they considered it to be frivolous objection The Stewards further continued their enquiry after the last race as to the behaviour of trainer Mr. Warren Singh during the enquiry by the Stewards while considering the objection. After deliberations and considering the apology tendered by the trainer, they decided to severely caution trainer Mr. Warren Singh as to his behaviour as a licensed trainer during the enquiry.

Cayenne

Trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal was fined Rs.500/ for using tongue strap on his charge CAYENNE without prior permission. Subsequently the tongue strap was removed before the horse left the paddock.

Duke Of Edinburgh	Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was fined Rs.500/ for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge DUKE OF EDINBURGH as regards shoeing. DUKE OF EDINBURGH (Suraj Narredu) drifted out in the last 250 Metres despite the efforts of the rider to keep it on an even course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
The Gordian Knot	As Jockey Harish was certified medically unfit after his ride in the 4th race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal to substitute Jockey Vinod Shinde to ride THE GORDIAN KNOT in place of the declared rider.
Phenomenal Strides	As Jockey R. Koch was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Narredu to substitute Jockey P. Mani to ride PHENOMENAL STRIDES in place of the declared rider.

Shot Of Gold	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal to withdraw SHOT OF GOLD on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to inflammed cannon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Sound Bet	Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of SOUND BET, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to ACT OF DUTY (B. Sreekanth) on his outside approaching the 500 Metres.
Gampu	Jockey S. Shiva Kumar, the rider of GAMPU, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to FREE GLIDER (S. Chandrashekar) & MONARCHIAL (G.Adarsh) on his outside soon after the start.
Good Companion	Jockey Shobhan Babu, the rider of GOOD COMPANION, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to FREE GLIDER (S. Chandrashekar) approaching the 900 Metres.
Free Glider	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Warren Singh to substitute Jockey S. Chandrashekar to ride FREE GLIDER in place of Jockey S. John the declared rider.
Mexikan Wave	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda to substitute Jockey Ryan Marshall to ride MEXIKAN WAVE in place of Jockey Harish, the declared rider.
Media Man	MEDIA MAN (Gaurav Sapra) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. J.S. Pillay was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Greenbro	As Jockey Suraj Narredu was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 5th race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Amit Caddy to substitute Jockey K.P.G.Appu to ride GREENBRO in place of Jockey Suraj Narredu the declared rider.
Spark Of Bronte	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar to substitute Jockey S. Chandrashekar to ride SPARK OF BRONTE in place of Jockey S. John the declared rider.
Arabian Memories	As Jockey Himanshu, the declared rider of ARABIAN MEMORIES tested positive in the Breathalyser Test he was not permitted to ride during the day and hence permission was granted to trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj to substitute Jockey P. Mani to ride ARABIAN MEMORIES in place of the declared rider. He was reported to the Stewards for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading "Alcohol Testing of Riders" and an enquiry is being held.
Youre A Legend	Jockey Mohammed Shoaib, the rider of YOURE A LEGEND, reported that his mount stumbled soon after jumping out of the starting gates.
Star Presence	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Narredu to substitute Jockey J.H. Christopher to ride STAR PRESENCE in place of Jockey Harish the declared rider.
