Lahina

LAHINA (Nikhil Naidu) which was very difficult to load, trailed the field from about the 700 metres of the race and finished the race detached. Tr. Sabeel Shariff was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance and shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial. On veterinary examination the mare was found to be trotting sound.

Lucky Nine	LUCKY NINE finished the race detached from the field. Tr. B Rajender Reddy was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.
Wordsmith	The Veterinary Officer reported that WORDSMITH returned lame on right fore. Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Main Street	Jockey P Trevor (MAIN STREET) was reprimanded for failing to maintain a straight course, more so under the use of the whip, during the final stages of the race causing inconvenience to KING OF MAFIA (Imran Chisty) on his outside.
Snowpiercer	Jockey A Ashhad Asbar (SNOWPIERCER) was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement).
King Of Mafia	Jockey P Trevor (MAIN STREET) was reprimanded for failing to maintain a straight course, more so under the use of the whip, during the final stages of the race causing inconvenience to KING OF MAFIA (Imran Chisty) on his outside.
Watch My Stride	WATCH MY STRIDE was slow to begin.

			5:00 PM

Amalfitana	On the morning of 20th August, 2025 b m AMALFITANA, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be suffering from left fore fetlock swelling. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. B Rajender Reddy was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Sea Of Charm	SEA OF CHARM, an acceptor in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on 18th August, 2025 and found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances the mare was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. B Rajender Reddy was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Enola Holmes	On the morning of Thursday, 21st August, 2025 ENOLA HOLMES was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on right hind. Tr. Neil Darashah was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Chililady	CHILILADY was slow to begin.
Cashalaika	OROMELO bumped into CASHALAIKA soon after jump out.
Oromelo	OROMELO bumped into CASHALAIKA soon after jump out. OROMELO dropped out of contention from about the 600 metres, was eased by its rider passing the 250 metres finishing the race detached from the field. Tr. Javed Khan was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.
