1 (137) THE MALVADO TROPHY

AristocraticalAfter the race, ARISTOCRATICAL was found to have a wolf tooth on the right side of her mouth.
Arabian EmpireAfter passing the 400 meters, ILLUSIONIST (App.N.S. Parmar) shifted out and at the same time ARISTOCRATICAL (F. Norton) shifted out under the whip and forced HIGHLAND QUEST (AM Tograllu) to travel wide.
Dutch ArtSoon after entering the straight, DUTCH ART (Y.S. Srinath) was tightened for room and its ground taken when PERSIAN POWER (J Pradeep) shifted in. Jockey J Pradeep was reported to the Stewards. The Stewards interviewed the Jockey and having heard him and viewing the video recording of the race, decided the incident was accidental that no action was called for in the matter.
ChopasniAt the start, CHOPASNI (Dashrath Singh) planted losing about a distance. Trainer Magansingh P Jodha has been asked to show the mare in a Mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting to race.
Supreme OratorAt the start, SUPREME ORATOR (C.S.Jodha) luggedout and carried ARISTOCRATICAL (F Norton) outwards, who in turn went on to DUTCH ART (Y.S.Srinath). Further, SUPREME ORATOR (C.S. Jodha) continued to hangout. Trainer Jayantilal K.Gor has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.

2 (138) THE HONG KONG JOCKEY CLUB TROPHY
TERMS - 3 years old only		 1000M

Forest FlairAfter the race, FOREST FLAIR was found to have an abrasion on the right cannon.
Tudor RegentAt the start, TUDOR REGENT (Aadesh Kumar) tried to veer to the outside. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
RajdootRAJDOOT (S.N. Chavan) was reluctant to be stalled. SEA OF KISSES (R. Biramne) took a fly jump awkwardly due to which the Jockey lost his balance and was dislodged. Trainers S.S.Shah and C.D. Katrak have been asked to give their respective charges more Gate practice and to show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. RAJDOOT (S.N .Chavan) hung out during the race and the jockey in trying to control the outward movement of his mount, the bit slipped to the right side near 800 metres. Trainer S.S. Shah has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the colt.

3 (139) THE MYSTICAL TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66		 2400M
2.30 P.M.
Big Old ManAt the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, a Stewards’ Enquiry was held in this race. The reason being, it was observed that in the final furlong MATATA PRIDE (N.G.McCullagh, placed first), shifted out and caused interference to CHEVRON (David Allan, placed third). The Stewards interviewed the Jockeys concerned and considering the opinion of the Stipendiary Stewards and relying on their own observation of the race, resolved to maintain the order of placing, as declared by the Judge. Jockey NG McCullagh (MATATA PRIDE) has been fined Rs.3000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
DevputraAfter the race, CHEVRON was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Flaring SunAfter the race, FLARING SUN was observed to be stiff in hind quarters and INDIAN SUMMER had a wolf tooth on the left side on his mouth .

4 (140) THE SERUM INSTITUTE OF INDIA TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86		 1200M
3.00 P.M.
Romantic ImpactAt the start, ROMANTIC IMPACT ((Neeraj Rawal) shifted out despite Jockey’s effort and went across ATHENA (N.G. McCullagh). Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
AmberogioAMBEROGIO (S.N. Chavan) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to give the mare more Gate practice and to show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials before next accepting to race.
GeneralissimoGENERALISSIMO lugged in during the race. Tr.Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.

5 (141) THE JASDANWALLA TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66		 1400M

Patek PhilippeJockey Neeraj Rawal (PATEK PHILIPPE) reported the loss of whip near 150 metres. Since this was the first time the Jockey has reported loss of his whip no action was initiated beyond reminding the Jockey of the notice with regard to loss of whip.
Major WagerAt the start, KAI (R. Hughes) shifted out despite Jockey’s effort and went on to MAJOR WAGER (R. Shelar) who went on to FORBES LIST (Harish) who was tightened on to GIANNATASSIO (N.G. McCullagh) and as Jockey Harish tried to settle FORBES LIST, the gelding threw its head up and lost its position.
KaiKAI (R. Hughes) and BELLA (Y.S. Srinath) were inclined to lugout in the straight. Trainers Rehanullah Khan & Imtiaz A.Sait have been asked to take remedial measures with their respective charges before next accepting to race with them.

6 (142) THE RUSI PATEL TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated 80 & ABOVE		 1600M
4.00 P.M.
AghaAt the start, AGHA (I Shaikh) stumbled and dislodged its Rider.
Czar AlexanderJockey N.G.McCullagh (CZAR ALEXANDER) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his third whipping offence of the season, rules, the matter has been reported to the Stewards.
Sea Storm(OLD)After the race, SEA STORM was observed to be sore by the right fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

7 (143) THE POONAWALLA BREEDERS` MULTI-MILLION (GR. 1)
TERMS - 3 years old only		 1400M
4.40 P.M.
VersakiAt the start, VERSAKI (C. Rajendra) hung out and forced RIVER BLOOSSOM (Daniel M. Granat) to shift out who in turn forced CAUSTIC FINALE (S.S. Baria) to shift out and at the same time SHEIKHA (R. Hughes) shifted in and took the running of CAUSTIC FINALE (S.S. Baria). Since the incident was accidental, no action was initiated against any rider.
Change Of LuckWhile negotiating the final bend, GYPSY MAGIC (Martin Dwyer) hung out and finished racing along the outer rails. VERSAKI (C Rajendra) hungout in the straight. Trainers S Padmanabhan & C.D. Katrak have been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race with their respective charges.
ClasservilleCLASSERVILLE (David Allan) was placed fifth and RIVER BLOSSOM (Daniel M.Grant) was placed sixth by the Judge, in this race.
Sans PareilPassing 200 meters, SANS PAREIL (Neeraj Rawal) shifted out under use of the whip and went across DESDEMONA (Sunny Chinoy) causing her to be checked by its Rider. Jockey Neeraj Rawal has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
SheikhaSHEIKHA (R. Hughes) and DESERT QUEEN (S. Sameer) were restless in their respective Stalls. Trainers Altaf Hussain and C.D. Katrak have been asked to give their respective charges more Gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. After the race, SHEIKHA was observed to have a bleeding injury on the poll.

8 (144) THE ASTONISH TROPHY (DIV-I)
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46		 1400M
5.15 P.M.
Got To GoNear 500 metres, GOT TO GO (Neeraj Rawal) was inclined to hang in and while being controlled, the filly shifted in and made contact with ITSRACINGAFTERALL (App D.S. Rathore) . GOT TO GO (Neeraj Rawal) hung out badly in the straight and raced along the outer rails. Trainer Nosher Cama has been asked to show the filly in a Mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting to race.
Sharp MemoryAt the start, SHARP MEMORY (App S Zervan) shifted in and went on to LA JOIE DE VIE (Aadesh Kumar) and carried the filly inwards, who in turn jostled with TYUMEN (Harish). Apprentice S Zervan was reported to the Stewards for Careless Riding. The consideration of the matter was deferred to the next meeting of the Stewards.
La Joie De VieJockey Aadesh Kumar was declared to ride on two horses – LA JOIE DE VIE & ADAM’S PLEASURE – by Trainers Narendra Lagad and Bezan Chenoy respectively. On questioning, Jockey Aadesh Kumar admitted his mistake in accepting rides from two Trainers in the same race, as such he was fined Rs.1000/.
Adam's PleasureAfter the race, Jockey S.N. Chavan (ADAM’S PLEASURE) reported that his reins had entangled soon after entering the straight and was able to disentangle them shortly.
TapitsflyTrainer Arti Doctor has been fined Rs.1000/ for bringing her charge CENTREOFATTENTION with Rubber bit, the permission of its use was not informed in advance.
Tommy CarmichaelTrainer Jayantilal K Gor has been fined Rs.500/ for not getting the Master’s signature on the Declaration form while declaring Apprentice N.S. Parmar to ride his charge TOMMY CARMICHAEL. At the start, TOMMY CARMICHAEL (App N.S. Parmar) shifted in and went across the Track with the Rider making no effort to control his mount, as such, App.N.S.Parmar has been fines Rs.1000/ for failing to control his mount, though no interference was caused.

9 (145) THE ASTONISH TROPHY (DIV-II)
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46		 1400M
6.00 P.M.
Psychic PowerAfter the Declarations, Trainer Imtiaz A Sait informed that he had declared Jockey Martin Dwyer to ride his charge PSYCHIC POWER and the declared jockey would carry an overweight of 4 kg and hence requested for a change of Jockey. The change was permitted and Jockey Neeraj Rawal replaced Jockey Martin Dwyer. Trainer Imtiaz A Sait has been fined Rs.5000/ for his lapse.
Can CanNear 400 metres, CAN CAN (Harish) leaned on to EAGLE MOUNTAIN V.Kotwal) and bored the latter for a few strides.
Eagle MountainAt the start, EAGLE MOUNTAIN (V Kotwal) threw its head up and shifted outwards and went on to PSYCHIC POWER (Neeraj Rawal).
AnamikaANAMIKA (J Pradeep) was slow in its strides losing about 2 lengths at the start.
