Sandesh) soon after the start. Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of EVERYNNE was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing ATMAN (K. Mukesh Kumar(HYD) on its inside passing the 700 Metres. An enquiry is being held into the start of the above Race, with particular reference to the manner in which ATMAN [K. Mukesh Kumar (HYD)] jumped out at the Start of the above race.

Shahenshaah	Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of SHAHENSHAAH was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to GALLON OF MY LOVE (Rajesh Kumar M) on its inside passing the 400 Metres. Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of SHAHENSHAAH was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.
Azalea	Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of GALLON OF MY LOVE was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to AZALEA (A. Prakash) on its inside between 1200 Metres and 1000 Metres.
Gallon Of My Love	Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of GALLON OF MY LOVE was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to AZALEA (A. Prakash) on its inside between 1200 Metres and 1000 Metres. Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of GALLON OF MY LOVE was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to STALINGRAD (L. Alex Rozario) on its inside approaching 600 Metres. Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of SHAHENSHAAH was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to GALLON OF MY LOVE (Rajesh Kumar M) on its inside passing the 400 Metres. It was reported after the race that GALLON OF MY LOVE (Rajesh Kumar M) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr.G. Y. Rajesh Babu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Sundance Kid	SUNDANCE KID (A.R.Pradeep) was slowly away, lost many lengths at the start & also, did not raise a fluent gallop for the first 100 Metres from the Start of the above Race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.G. Sandhu was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Eternal Glory	ETERNAL GLORY (G. Praveen) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. ETERNAL GLORY was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey G. Praveen on his mount, ETERNAL GLORY, trained by Mr. S Narredu, in the above Race.
Battle Lass	BATTLE LASS (Laxman Singh) after jumping out threw its head up and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Joseph B. Awale was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Win Win	It was reported after the race that WIN WIN (D. Patel) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.James Mckeown was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Aquamatic	AQUAMATIC (Salman Khan) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Siege Courageous	Jockey A Sandesh, the rider of CROWN DRIVE was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing SIEGE COURAGEOUS (P Trevor) on its inside approaching 1200 Metres. Jockey P Trevor, the rider of SIEGE COURAGEOUS was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to KINGS GAMBIT (A Prakash) on his inside, which in turn passed it onto CROWN DRIVE (A Sandesh), on its inside, between 200 Metres and 100 Metres. SIEGE COURAGEOUS (P Trevor) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Kings Gambit	Jockey P Trevor, the rider of SIEGE COURAGEOUS was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to KINGS GAMBIT (A Prakash) on his inside, which in turn passed it onto CROWN DRIVE (A Sandesh), on its inside, between 200 Metres and 100 Metres.

Peridot	PERIDOT (Siddaraju.P) was extremely fractious, refused to remain in the stalls and dislodged the rider. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Star Comet	Jockey Vishal N Bunde, the rider of STAR COMET reported that his saddle shifted back from the start as such he could not assist his mount thereafter. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Aravind G was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling of his charge.
Spirit Dancer	It was reported after the race that SPIRIT DANCER (Rayan Ahmed R.) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr.Aravind G. was informed that he must produce

Jade Mountain	The Stipendiary Stewards held an enquiry with respect to the riding of Jockey Akshay Kumar, on his mount MNEMOSYNE, in the above Race, in that “soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, he shifted in sharply and bumped OUT INTO SPOTLIGHT (Antony Raj S) on his inside, which in turn passed it onto JADE MOUNTAIN (P Trevor) on its inside, thus riding in a “careless manner”.
Mnemosyne	The Stipendiary Stewards held an enquiry with respect to the riding of Jockey Akshay Kumar, on his mount MNEMOSYNE, in the above Race, in that “soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, he shifted in sharply and bumped OUT INTO SPOTLIGHT (Antony Raj S) on his inside, which in turn passed it onto JADE MOUNTAIN (P Trevor) on its inside, thus riding in a “careless manner”. Jockey Akshay Kumar was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey Akshay Kumar and after repeatedly viewing all the available angles of the CCTV footage of the Start of the above Race, decided to charge Jockey Akshay Kumar for Careless Riding [Breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the Bangalore Turf Club Ltd., Rules of Racing], on his mount MNEMOSYNE, in the above Race. The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Akshay Kumar for One (1) race day, i.e., 06/06/2026 of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2026 as he had pleaded guilty for Careless Riding under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount MNEMOSYNE, in the above Race. He is permitted to ride work and was informed of his right to appeal.
Out Into Spotlight	The Stipendiary Stewards held an enquiry with respect to the riding of Jockey Akshay Kumar, on his mount MNEMOSYNE, in the above Race, in that “soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, he shifted in sharply and bumped OUT INTO SPOTLIGHT (Antony Raj S) on his inside, which in turn passed it onto JADE MOUNTAIN (P Trevor) on its inside, thus riding in a “careless manner”.
