1	(10)	THE AGNI PLATE (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26	1000M
			1.00 P.M.

Admiral Gray	At the start, ADMIRAL GRAY (Shrikant Kamble, dr.8) shiftedin and went across EXACTLY (M A Roushan, dr.7) and at the same time, ANNABETH (C Umesh, dr.6) shifted out, due to which both, ADMIRAL GRAY and ANNABETH, made contact with each other, which resulted in Jockey Shrikant Kamble (ADMIRAL GRAY) losing his balance and being dislodged. Since the incident was accidental no action has been initiated.
Without Fear	After the race, WITHOUT FEAR was observed to have a cut injury at the left fore bulb of heel. EMBER LADY and ICE ICE BABY were found to be sound.
Katniss	Soon after the start, KATNISS (App.S Joseph) shiftedin on to WITHOUT FEAR (App.Akshay Gaikwad), who in turn shiftedin and made contact with RISING ANGEL (Altaf Sayyed). App S Joseph has been cautioned.

2	(11)	THE RUBEN STAR TROPHY (DIV-I) A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66	1400M
			1.30 P.M.

Halle	Jockey S Mosin (HALLE) reported that his mount was uncomfortable during the race. The Sr.V.O. was requested to examine the mare and he reported that no abnormality was detected.
You're The Boss	At the start, YOU’RE THE BOSS (App Akshay Gaikwad) jumped awkwardly due to which the rider brushed the Gates and lost his right stirrup which he regained shortly.
Quest For Love	Near 300 metres, QUEST FOR LOVE (Hanumant Singh) was hampered for a run as RUNNING SUN (App K N Bhati) shiftedin. App. K N Bhati has been asked to be more careful.
Wings Of Glory	After the race, WINGS OF GLORY, YOU’RE THE BOSS and RUBENS were found to be sound.

			2.00 P.M.

Ceasarina	An objection was lodged by App.D.S.Daman, rider of CEASARINA (Placed Second) against SUNSHINE HEART (App.Santosh, Placed First). The reason being, SUNSHINE HEART shifted in at about 50 metres and took his ground whereby he had to check his mount and come out and inspite of that his filly was moving fast and gaining ground on the winner. If he had not received the check, he would have won the race.
Lucky Charm	Approaching 200 metres, LUCKY CHARM (J E Pereira) shifted out and travelled wide losing ground. An enquiry has been initiated and a report will be submitted later.
Cut Diamond	After the race, CUT DIAMOND, LUCKY CHARM, CEASARINA, TO THE MOON and SNOW KING were found to be sound.
To The Moon	TO THE MOON (I.Pasha) lost about 3 lengths at the start.
Earth Quake	Passing 600 metres, EARTH QUAKE (S P Ranjane) shiftedin and tightened CEASARINA (App.D S Daman), who in turn caused interference to UNICO CORAZON (Vikram Walkar). Shortly afterwards, LUCKY CHARM (J E Pereira) shiftedin and went on to EARTH QUAKE, who in turn went on to CEASARINA who went across UNICO CORAZON. An enquiry has been initiated into the incident and a report will be submitted later.

4	(13)	THE STAR WISH PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M
			2.30 P.M.

Mchumba	On a request from Trainer Adil Dajee, MCHUMBA was examined at 0800 hours on 25/07/2014 and was found to be sore by the right hind leg as such the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The gelding has to be passed fit to race by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Queen	App D S Daman (QUEEN) reported that he lost his left stirrup at the start as his leg brushed the gate which he regained near 900 metres.
Double Or Quits	The Sr. Veterinary Officer reported that DOUBLE OR QUITS (Towfeeq R Shaikh) splayed one of its hind plates in the saddle Enclosure, as such the other hind plate was removed and the mare ran with Aluminium, hind bare.
Brave Fighter	Jockey P Trevor (BRAVE FIGHTER) reported that he found his mount uncomfortable in the straight. The Sr.V.O. was requested to examine the gelding and he reported that no abnormality was detected.
Mahima	MAHIMA (Neeraj Rawal) lost about 3 lengths at the start. Jockey Neeraj Rawal (MAHIMA) reported that his mount was inclined to lugin during the race. Trainer Ivor Fernandes has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the mare.
Mighty Splendor	After the race, MIGHTY SPLENDOUR and MAHIMA were found to be sound.
Ice Rink	Trainer H J Antia has been fined Rs 1,000/ for declaring Jockey C S Jodha on his two of his horses i.e. ICE RINK and STAR BUILDER in the same race. ICE RINK (C Umesh) travelled wide near 1000 metres and continued to do so for the remaining part of the race. The Sr.V.O. was requested to examine the gelding and he reported that ICE RINK was examined at the stables in the morning on 26/07/2014 and was found to be sound.

Ukulele

UKULELE (Neeraj Rawal) and ATHENS (Dashrath Singh) refused to be stalled despite all efforts, as such, both the horses were withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s Orders. INNOCENT AFFAIR (C.S.Jodha) whipped around after the start thereby dislodging the rider. Trainers Sanjay Kolse, Dallas Todywalla have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

Golden Millenium

GOLDEN MILLENIUM (M A Roushan) ran unsettled during the race and near 900 metres scrapped the race. After the race, GOLDEN MILLENIUM was found to be sound.

6	(15)	THE SECRET ROMEO PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86	1000M
			3.30 P.M.

Deep Diver	After the race, DEEP DIVER, IN THE LIMELIGHT, SO TRUE, INVINCIBLE and INTESAR were found to be sound.
Saints N Sinners	At the start, SAINTS N SINNERS (V Chandrakant) jumped out awkwardly and then was steadied as SO TRUE (App Akshay Gaikwad) shifted out and took the running of the former. App Akshay Gaikwad has been cautioned.
Brynhill	After being stalled, BRYNHILL (N.S.Parmar) reared up and hooked one of its fore leg in the adjoining stall. The gelding was taken out and examined by the Club’s V.O. who certified him fit to race.
Sharmeely	Jockey C S Jodha (INTESAR) has been fined Rs 2,000/ for improper use of the whip wherein he has used the whip in a forehand position on the neck of his mount.

7	(16)	THE RUBEN STAR TROPHY (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66	1400M
			4.00 P.M.

Ucheshrawa	UCHESHRAWA (App.S.Joseph) planted and took no part in the race. Trainer Sangramsinh N.Joshi has been asked to give the mare more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. MERCHANTOFVENICE (P Trevor) luggedin in the straight. Trainer B Prakash has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Fire Engine	FIRE ENGINE (R Shelar) was tightened for room in the straight while racing between ACHIEVE (N S Parmar) and ZENOFIC (D K Ashish) and thereby did not get a clear run.
Dhanyavaad	Approaching 200 metres, DHANYAVAAD (Sandeep Jadhav) shifted out and took the running of MERCHANTOFVENICE (P Trevor) who was checked. Jockey Sandeep Jadhav has been cautioned.
Sound Of River	After the race, SOUND OF RIVER, ZENOFIC and MERCHANTOFVENICE were found to be sound.

8	(17)	THE ASCOT LASS PLATE (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46	1200M
			4.30 P.M.

Scalanaya	SCALANAYA (Nirmal Jodha) jumped out slow and thereafter abruptly stopped galloping and took no part in the race. Trainer Altamaash A.Ahmed has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race
Mumbai King	On a request from Trainer Altaf Hussain, MUMBAI KING was examined at 0845 hours on 23/07/2014 and was found to have an injury on the right shoulder, right stifle and quarter, subsequent to a fall. As such, the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer is required to obtain a fitness certificate for the gelding from the Club’s V.O. before next accepting with him to race.
Seven Seas	Jockey Dashrath Singh (SEVEN SEAS) reported that his mount leanedin in the straight. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Wind And Stars	At the start, WIND AND STARS (C S Jodha) lost its footing and began awkwardly.
Majesterian	Jockey J Chinoy (MAJESTERIAN) reported that his mount ran erratic and unsettled during the race. The Sr.V.O. was requested to examine the colt and he reported that no abnormality was detected.

9	(18)	THE ASCOT LASS PLATE (DIV-I) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46	1200M
			5.00 P.M.

Great Expectation	Near 300 metres, GREAT EXPECTATION (P Trevor) shifted out to make his move where there was insufficient room and jostled with EL WONDER (TS Jodha) who had BRAZIL (Nirmal Jodha) on his outside, whereby Jockey TS Jodha lost his balance. Jockey P Trevor has been fined Rs.5000/.
Alejor	ALEJOR (Kishore Kadam) was restless in the stall. GRAND DUKE (N.S.Parmar) lost about5 lengths at the start. Trainers Altamaash A. Ahmed and M.K.Jadhav have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
