Star LightningTrainer Dallas Todywalla has been fined Rs.1,000/ for bringing his charge STAR LIGHTNING late into the Paddock Ring, as the other horses left for the start. STAR LIGHTNING (Colm O’Donoghue) stumbled at start.
Blend Of EleganceAfter the race, BLEND OF ELEGANCE was observed to have an injury at the right nostril.
Smart RaiderNear 300 metres, SMART RAIDER (App.Bhawani Singh) shifted out and inconvenienced ZIPPY (Y. S.Srinath). App.Bhawani Singh has been asked to be more careful.
Joy Of LifeJockey Zameer Sayyed (JOY OF LIFE) reported that his mount leaned inwards throughout the race whereby he could not ride out his mount. Trainer S.S.Shah has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the colt.

TrendsetterAt the start, TRENDSETTER (Neeraj Rawal, dr.5) drifted outwards, due to which ANOTHER CONQUEST (App.Yash Narredu, dr.6) travelled wide. Near 700 metres, TRENDSETTER (Neeraj Rawal) was tightened as WONDER STORY (R.Shelar) shifted inwards. Jockey R.Shelar has been cautioned.

4 (81) THE MASEEHA PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66		 2400M
2.30 P.M.
Square MoonAfter being stalled, SQUARE MOON (Kavraj Singh) reared up and fell and was awkwardly stuck inside the gate. The gates were opened and the colt was taken out. As recommended by the Club’s V.O. SQUARE MOON was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s Order. ACE FANTASY (P.Trevor) who was in the adjoining stall, was also taken out and examined by the Club’s V.O. who certified him fit to race. Trainer Magansingh P.Jodha has been asked to give his charge SQUARE MOON more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials before next accepting to race.
Al ShamsheerJockey Dashrath Singh (AL SHAMSHEER) reported that his mount was trying to run out through out the race. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Ace FantasyAn enquiry has been initiated into the performance of ACE FANTASY and a report will be submitted shortly. After the race, ACE FANTASY was found to be sound, but having an abrasion at the right hock.
Delightful LadyDELIGHTFUL LADY (App.Bhawani Singh) took an awkward fly jump thus losing considerable ground at the start. Trainer M.Narredu has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials before next accepting to race.

5 (82) THE ENORMOUS TROPHY

DiamondzipAfter the race, DIAMONDZIP was observed to have a cut injury at the right hip. BLAZING FIRE and SEEN IT ALL were found to be sound.
Al MaktoumPassing 800 metres, HIMALAYAN DANCER (Sandeep Jadhav) leaned inwards and went on to GLORIOUS CROWN (S.Mosin). Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
ZararZARAR (App.K.N.Bhati) lugged out while negotiating the bend and in the straight. Trainer Mansoor Shah has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Rising AngelAfter the race, RISING ANGEL was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

6 (83) THE CROW GAMING CHRISTMAS CUP (DIV-II)

Grey MistApproaching 200 metres, GREY MIST (C.S.Jodha) suddenly ducked out and carried SPEAR OF TRIUM (Sandeep Jadhav) outwards.
CrossfireCROSSFIRE (I.Pasha) did not get a clear run from 300 metres to about 100 metres.
GasconyNear 300 metres, GASCONY (A.Sandesh) was tightened while racing between SANTA ANA (Prabhu Naidu) and PHELPS (Kavraj Singh).
TempestTEMPEST (Y.S.Srinath) was held up for a run from 400 metres onwards.
BrazilBRAZIL (Kishore Kadam) was held up for a run in the final 100 metres while racing on the inside of SPEED BABY (App.Akshay Gaikwad).
Autumn LoveAfter the race, AUTUMN LOVE was observed to have broken a blood vessel. Being a second time bleeder, the filly is not to race for the stipulated ban period of eight weeks and has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
DiscourseNear 200 metres, DISCOURSE (S.Shinde) suddenly ducked in, due to which MOUNTAIN TREASURE (A.Ashhad Asbar) shied away and shifted in abruptly and went on to FAJR (App.G.Amit).After the race, DISCOURSE and ZUMI ZUMI were observed to have broken a blood vessel and are not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. Both the horses have to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

7 (84) THE EDGAR DESYLVA TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86		 1200M
4.00 P.M.
Emperor Of FranceAt the request of Trainer Dallas Todywalla, EMPEROR OF FRANCE was examined at 1840 hours on 24/12/2014 and was found to be sore by the right fore leg. As such, the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
BombardierAt the start BOMBARDIER (I.Pasha, dr.4) jumped awkwardly inwards and went on to ZOOM ZOOM (Kishore Kadam).
BarringoAfter the race, BARRINGO was found to be sound.

8 (85) THE N M IRANI TROPHY (DIV-I)
TERMS - 3 year old maidens only		 1400M
4.30 P.M.
DracoAn objection was lodged by Jockey Dashrath Singh, rider of DRACO (Placed Second) against MELINDA (A.Sandesh, Placed First). The reason being, MELINDA shifted out in the last one and half furlongs and bumped him twice and unbalanced his horse, which cost him a certain race.
MelindaThe Stewards after the last race interviewed Jockey A.Sandesh for careless riding on his mount MELINDA and not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by him, decided to suspend his Jockey’s license for 14th January, 2015 (permitted to ride work/mock race). After the race, MELINDA was found to be sound.

9 (86) THE CONRAD PEREIRA TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46		 1800M
5.00 P.M.
FireproofJockey C.S.Jodha (FIREPROOF) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. Since the horse was lugging in and the whip was used as corrective measure, no action was initiated in the matter. FIREPROOF (C.S.Jodha) luggedin in the straight and near 400 metres, BURLESQUE (D.K.Ashish) was tightened while racing on the inside of former. Trainer Sanjay Kolse has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
Strawberry CrushAn objection was lodged by Jockey A.Sandesh, rider of STRAWBERRY CRUSH (Placed Second) against FIREPROOF (C.S.Jodha, Placed First). The reason being, at about 200 metres, FIREPROOF shifted in from the centre of the track and came on to him, whereby he had to stop riding, check his mount and pull him out, which cost him the race. After considering the submissions made by the Jockeys concerned, in conjunction with that of the Stipendiary Stewards and relying on their judgment, the Stewards decided to overrule the objection.
FlyingangelWhen questioned, App.Yash Narredu (FLYINGANGEL) stated that in anticipation of FIREPROOF (C.S.Jodha) shifting in, he was unable to ride his mount to the Post. After viewing the race, App.Yash Narredu has been cautioned for failing to ride out his mount to the finish.
SaporelliNear 400 metres, SAPORELLI (P.Trevor) was held up for a few strides due to lack of room.
Savage GardenJockey J.Chinoy, the declared rider for SAVAGE GARDEN did not report at the Scales on time, as such he was replaced by Jockey S.Zervan. An Enquiry has been initiated in the matter and a report will be submitted shortly.
BurlesqueAfter the race, BURLESQUE was found to be sore by the left hind leg. Also, the filly had a cut injury at the left hind tendon. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
GraciousGRACIOUS (Kishore Kadam) was restless in the stall. SABERCAT (Neeraj Rawal) was reluctant to be stalled and leaned heavily on to the rear flaps of its stall which were closed with much effort. Trainers B.Prakash and Dallas Todywalla have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Casino JackAfter the race, CASINO JACK, SINDBAAD and GRACIOUS were found to be sound.

10 (87) THE CROW GAMING CHRISTMAS CUP (DIV-I)
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46		 1200M
5.30 P.M.
AlfredoAt the request of Trainer Bezan Chenoy, ALFREDO was examined at 1700 hours on 24/12/2014 and was found to have tendinitis on both fore legs and was sore by the right fore leg, as such, the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. The gelding has to be passed fit to race by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
PraelectorAfter the race, PRAELECTOR was found to be sound.
Lucky CharmJockey A.Sandesh (LUCKY CHARM) reported the loss of whip near 200 metres.
Hunt For HeadsAfter the race, HUNT FOR HEADS and STARRY OCEAN were found to be sore by the right fore leg and left fore leg respectively. Both the horses have to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
