1	(23)	THE KUNCHIKAL FALLS PLATE (DIV-III) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1100M

Fast Response	Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of SEA GOD was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and bumping FAST RESPONSE (Tousif Khan), which in turn passed it onto the horses on his outside viz; LONE RANGER (Vivek.G), STAR AZEEM (Siddaraju.P) and ICE STORM (Rajesh Kumar M) soon after the start.
Dallas Drifter	Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of SEA GOD had to check his mount to avoid striking the front runner DALLAS DRIFTER (Shreyas Singh S), in the process shifted out and bumped DEBONAIR (S. Hussain) approaching 700 Metres.
Elizabeth Regina	Jockey S. Saqlain, the rider of ELIZABETH REGINA reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Prithviraj B. was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Phoebe	Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of PHOEBE reported that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop soon after the start as it had soft mouth. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day and was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Appsara	APPSARA (Vinod Shinde) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S. Narredu was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of LONE RANGER had to check his mount to avoid striking the front runner SEA GOD (Antony Raj S.), in the process shifted out and bumped DEBONAIR (S. Hussain), whereby APPSARA (Vinod Shinde) and STAR AZEEM (Siddaraju.P) which were travelling directly behind also had to be checked by their respective riders approaching 900 Metres.
Ice Storm	Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of SEA GOD was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and bumping FAST RESPONSE (Tousif Khan), which in turn passed it onto the horses on his outside viz; LONE RANGER (Vivek.G), STAR AZEEM (Siddaraju.P) and ICE STORM (Rajesh Kumar M) soon after the start.
Debonair	Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of LONE RANGER had to check his mount to avoid striking the front runner SEA GOD (Antony Raj S.), in the process shifted out and bumped DEBONAIR (S. Hussain), whereby APPSARA (Vinod Shinde) and STAR AZEEM (Siddaraju.P) which were travelling directly behind also had to be checked by their respective riders approaching 900 Metres. Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of SEA GOD had to check his mount to avoid striking the front runner DALLAS DRIFTER (Shreyas Singh S), in the process shifted out and bumped DEBONAIR (S. Hussain) approaching 700 Metres. It was reported after the race that DEBONAIR (S. Hussain) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Lone Ranger	Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of SEA GOD was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and bumping FAST RESPONSE (Tousif Khan), which in turn passed it onto the horses on his outside viz; LONE RANGER (Vivek.G), STAR AZEEM (Siddaraju.P) and ICE STORM (Rajesh Kumar M) soon after the start. Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of LONE RANGER had to check his mount to avoid striking the front runner SEA GOD (Antony Raj S.), in the process shifted out and bumped DEBONAIR (S. Hussain), whereby APPSARA (Vinod Shinde) and STAR AZEEM (Siddaraju.P) which were travelling directly behind also had to be checked by their respective riders approaching 900 Metres. LONE RANGER (Vivek.G) ran detached from the field. On immediate examination by the Club`s Veterinary Officer, it was found to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Altamonte	An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Rajesh Kumar.M, the rider of ELITE AGENT in the above race. In that he shifted “in” sharply and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; DOUBLE VISION (S. Saqlain), ESTEFANIA (Antony Raj S.), FIREFINCH(A.R.Pradeep), CRIMSON STAR (Vivek) and ALTAMONTE
Elite Agent	An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Rajesh Kumar.M, the rider of ELITE AGENT in the above race. In that he shifted “in” sharply and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; DOUBLE VISION (S. Saqlain), ESTEFANIA (Antony Raj S.), FIREFINCH(A.R.Pradeep), CRIMSON STAR (Vivek) and ALTAMONTE The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Rajesh Kumar.M with effect from 4/12/2023 to 30/12/2023 (Both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount ELITE AGENT (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
Double Vision	Jockey S. Saqlain, the rider of DOUBLE VISION reported that his mount was hanging `in` after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Firefinch	Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of FIREFINCH reported that he accidently lost his whip approaching 300 Meters. An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Rajesh Kumar.M, the rider of ELITE AGENT in the above race. In that he shifted “in” sharply and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; DOUBLE VISION (S. Saqlain), ESTEFANIA (Antony Raj S.), FIREFINCH(A.R.Pradeep), CRIMSON STAR (Vivek) and ALTAMONTE
Burst Of Blaze	BURST OF BLAZE (B. Nayak) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Pradeep Annaiah was informed not accept with it again
Estefania	An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Rajesh Kumar.M, the rider of ELITE AGENT in the above race. In that he shifted “in” sharply and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; DOUBLE VISION (S. Indian Blues	It was observed that INDIAN BLUES (Vivek.G) was inclined to run out from the 900 Metres till about 500 Metres.
Eco Friendly	Trainer Mr.M. Rajendra Singh was fined Rs.1,000/ for failing to produce the declared colors at the scales in respect of his charge ECO FRIENDLY (A.Ramu). Subsequently, All Black emergency colors were permitted to be used.
Antilope	Jockey B. Nayak, the rider of CROISSANTINO was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing ANTILOPE (A.R.Pradeep) on his inside passing the 500 Metres.
Quevega	QUEVEGA (Rajesh Kumar M) was slowly away, threw its head up in the air, lost many lengths & did not raise a fluent gallop for the first 100 Meters. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Narayana Gowda V. was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
Croissantino	Jockey B. Nayak, the rider of CROISSANTINO was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing ANTILOPE (A.R.Pradeep) on his inside passing the 500 Metres.

Spectacular	It was observed that SPECTACULAR (A.Ramu) withers got stuck inside the starting gates for a considerable period of time. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr.Imtiaz Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Douglas	It was observed that DOUGLAS (A.R.Pradeep) accidentally brushed the rails passing the 1000 Metres.
Lauterbrunnen	Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of LAUTERBRUNNEN was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming `in` and tightening MACRON (Y. S. Srinath) on his inside passing the 900 Metres.
Macron	Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of LAUTERBRUNNEN was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming `in` and tightening MACRON (Y. S. Srinath) on his inside passing the 900 Metres.
Sheer Bliss	It was observed that SHEER BLISS (Vinod Shinde) was inclined to run out between the 900 Metres till about 500 Metres.

Lord Frankel	It was reported after the race that LORD FRANKEL (D. Patel) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Imtiaz Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Rajendra Singh was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
