Chul Bul RaniTrainer Mr.Mahmood Khan was fined Rs.10,000/ for Contravention of General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of Bangalore Winter Meeting 202223 in accepting (CHUL BUL RANI) in the above race and also on 25/1/2023 in The National Tourism Day Plate Div. II (About) 1200 metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, 6 years old and over (Whips not allowed). Subsequently (CHUL BUL RANI) was permitted to be withdrawn from the above race.
Stunning BeautySTUNNING BEAUTY (K. Sai Kiran) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Sharat Kumar was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward on 27th January, 2023 into the excessive use of whip by Jockey K. Sai Kiran on his mount STUNNING BEAUTY (3rd infringement) in the above race, thereby Contravening the B.T.C Calendar Notification under the heading “USE OF WHIP”. (a) He used the whip in excess in the above race i.e., Race No. 91 of Bangalore Winter Meeting 202223, on his mount STUNNING BEAUTY, this being the (3rd offence) during the season;
Flying BraveJockey B. Nayak, the rider of FLYING BRAVE was reprimanded for coming `in` and inconveniencing SCARLET IBIS (Salman Khan) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres.
SinghsaabIt was reported after the race that SINGHSAAB (IndraJeet Singh) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr.M. Rajendra Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Scarlet IbisSCARLET IBIS (Salman Khan) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. Jockey B. Nayak, the rider of FLYING BRAVE was reprimanded for coming `in` and inconveniencing SCARLET IBIS (Salman Khan) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres.
Master Of CourageAs Jockey Vivek was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla to declare Jockey Rayan Ahmed R to ride MASTER OF COURAGE in place of the declared rider. Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of MASTER OF COURAGE was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.

Crown WitnessJockey Imran Chisty, the rider of SIAN was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing CROWN WITNESS (Suraj Narredu), which in turn passed it onto TIGERKING (Tousif Khan) on his outside soon after the start.

TIGERKING (Tousif Khan) ran detached from the 300 Metres. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
EstefaniaIt was observed that ESTEFANIA (Antony Raj S.) accidentally stumbled passing the 200 Metres.
