Vital SignExamination of VITAL SIGN (Abhay Singh) revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer R H Sequeira was fined Rs.1000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting his charge for a race.
MikimotoExplanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (MIKIMOTO) in the presence of Trainer D. Netto that his instructions were to sit close which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount after hitting the front started dropping back in the final 100 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly became ataxic and hypoxic after the race and was in a state of shock.

Sun DancerJockey Afroz Khan (SUN DANCER) was fined Rs. 10,000/ for excessive and improper use of the whip (2nd offense). Trainer L D Silva was fined a sum of Rs.5,000/ with regard to the improved performance of his charge SUN DANCER (Afroz Khan) winner of the race who finished 6th and unplaced in the previous runs.
ClefairyExplanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (CLEFAIRY) that due to fast initial pace he was unable to position his mount well up with the field and his mount was gaining ground only in the straight inspite of best efforts was noted.
GarnetExplanation of App. Ajay Kumar (GARNET) that his instructions were to go to front which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount shortened her strides and dropped back in the final 50 mtrs inpite of his best efforts, noted.

Chica BonitaCHICA BONITA (App. Ajay Kumar) was examined at the starting gates and was observed to have sustained bruised injuries over right hind, as such the mare has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.
Honourable LadyHONOURABLE LADY (Deepak Singh) was observed to be trotting lame on left fore due to painful lateral splint, as such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
Code BlueCODE BLUE (Abhay Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths. Explanation of Trainer R H Sequeira with regard to the improved performance of his charge CODE BLUE (Abhay Singh) winner of the race, who finished off the board in the previous run that his charge had a gate problem and tries to whip around soon after the start, as such he has given a long gap of nearly 2 1/2 months after running in Race No. 21 and thereafter ran in Race No. 165 where the mare ran green as compare to the present race where the mare was drawn (1) and had the advantage of railing support might have to his charges advantage and Jockey could able to hit the front and maintained straight course and set his own pace and went on to win the race. The Trainer added that he was surprised with the performance of his charge and has no explanation to offer. The Trainer further added that he has not fancied and the mare was available at longer odds was not accepted and the Trainer was fined Rs.10,000/ for the inconsistent running of his charge within a short span of time. CODE BLUE (Abhay Singh) winner of the race is sampled.
Wandring WarriorWANDRING WARRIOR (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) planted and lost about distance, SSC revoked.
ExponentJockey R S Jodha (EXPONENT) was fined Rs.10,000/ for excessive and improper use of whip in the process maintained erratic course in the straight (2nd offense).

Midsummer StarApp. Ajay Kumar (MIDSUMMER STAR) was denied a clear run soon after the start due to crowding of the runners racing in front. App. Ajay Kumar (MIDSUMMER STAR) reported loss of whip at about the 400 mtrs. The App. was however, cautioned for losing of his whip at a crucial juncture of the race.

Swiss GirlExplanation of App. Shivansh (SWISS GIRL) that his mount was keen and in trying to control his mount, saddle moved front in the initial stages of the race and thereafter he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage in the straight. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken. Trainer D. Netto was however, cautioned to be more careful in future.
