John, the rider of LEONARDO, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and inconveniencing ARABIAN PRINCE (Suraj Narredu) which in turn rolled in causing interference to ONE TRACK MINDED (C. Alford) approaching the 350 Metres.
Flower AlleyJockey Imran Chisty the rider of FLOWER ALLEY reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 500 meters due to the crowding of the field. FLOWER ALLEY (Imran Chisty) sustained an injury on right hind.
One Track MindedJockey C Alford, the rider of ONE TRACK MINDED, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 500 Metres due to the crowding of the field.

BolzanoBefore the start of the race trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda reported that BOLZANO (B. Sreekanth) broke loose on the way to the saddling enclosure. The horse was further impounded for veterinary examination at 2.10 pm on 30th May 2009 and was found to have sustained minor injuries on left hock and left hind fetlock. The veterinary Officer reported that the horse was trotting sound. Subsequently permission was granted to trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda to withdraw BOLZANO as he had requested for the same.
Brigade's PrideSoon after the start BRIGADE`S PRIDE (K.P.G. Appu) shifted out and inconvenienced HIDE AND SEEK (Imran Chisty). Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of BRIGADE`S PRIDE, reported that his mount was lugging out in the straight.
Moon MemoriesJockey Vivek, the rider of MOON MEMORIES, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to HIDE AND SEEK (Imran Chisty) which in turn shifted in causing CASH IS KING (Gaurav Sapra) to check and fall back approaching the 750 Metres. Jockey Vivek, the rider of MOON MEMORIES, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out under the use of whip and inconveniencing HIDE AND SEEK (Imran Chisty)approaching the 200 Metres. MOON MEMORIES (Vivek) sustained injuries on left fore cannon and both hind fetlock.

A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65		 1600M
RamassesPermission was granted to trainer Mr. L.V.R. Deshmukh to withdraw RAMASSES on veterinary grounds at 6.10 pm on 28th May 2009 as it was suffering from colic. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
CorbettJockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of CORBETT, reported that his mount was hanging in, in the straight. Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
DavenportJockey Harish, the rider of DAVENPORT, was fined Rs.5,000/ for misconduct while weighing in at the scales.

PinaakiniJockey Gaurav Sapra, the rider of PINAAKINI, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 400 Metres. PINAAKINI (Gaurav Sapra) sustained gum injury.
Brave And BoldJockey S. Shiva Kumar, the rider of BRAVE AND BOLD was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and taking the ground of YES I CAN (P. Ramesh) approaching the 1000 Metres.
Yes I CanThe Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey P.Ramesh, the rider of YES I CAN to the Stewards for careless riding in that soon after jumping out he shifted in and bumped MUDEER POWER causing it to stumble and further on when BRAVE AND BOLD (S. Shiva Kumar) takes his ground he allows his mount to further shift out causing very bad interference to DIFFERENT OPINION (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) who had to check his mount badly and fall back. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and after interviewing Jockey P. Ramesh and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to suspend Jockey P. Ramesh from riding in races from 962009 to 1362009 (both days inclusive) for careless riding (Rule No.161(i) of BTC Rules of Racing) on his mount YES I CAN (permitted to ride work).
Different OpinionDIFFERENT OPINION (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) sustained a bleeding cut injury on right fore cannon.

SparksJockey P.S. Chouhan, the rider of SPARKS was reprimanded for drifting out under the use of whip thereby inconveniencing VAN DE STAR (M. Mark) approaching the 350 Metres.

Fantabulous PrinceJockey N.S. Parmar, the rider of FANTABULOUS PRINCE, weighed in 600 grams in excess than he weighed out. On questioning Jockey stated that his girth and sircingle were changed. Subsequently trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was fined Rs.2,000/ for changing the girth and sircingle without prior permission of the Stipendiary Stewards.
MilfordMILFORD (K.P.G. Appu) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced MOTHER`S PRIDE (C. Alford) soon after the start.
SoberanoJockey S. Shiva Kumar, the rider of SOBERANO, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to FLAMING LAMBORGINI (M. Narredu) soon after the start.
Dare DonJockey Himanshu, the rider of DARE DON was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to STONE OF DESTINY (Imran Chisty) and FLAMING LAMBORGINI (M. Narredu) soon after the start.
Stone Of DestinySTONE OF DESTINY (Imran Chisty) accidentally brushed the false rails approaching the 1300 Metres.
