Damgood	DAMGOOD (Shobhan Babu) was withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders as the gelding was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled.
Crackerjack	Jockey Harish, the rider of CRACKERJACK, reported that his mount was galloping in snatches in the straight and not grabbing the bit. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. The Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have sharp molars. Trainer Mr. Hidayat Khan was fined Rs.2,000/ for his negligence.

Prince Norbert	PRINCE NORBERT (V.R. Jagadeesh) sustained a bleeding injury on left hind coronet and a cut injury on right hind coronet.
Bocconcino	Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs.500/ for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge BOCCONCINO. Subsequently `all black` emergency colours were permitted to be used.
Victory In Motion	VICTORY IN MOTION (R.Koch) sustained a cut injury on right hind pastern.

Ruby Legend	RUBY LEGEND (Vivek) took a fly jump.
Target Achiever	Jockey M. Ravi, the rider of TARGET ACHIEVER, was fined Rs.1,000/ for not reporting to the Stipendiary Stewards regarding his mount hanging out in the race. Trainer Mr. Karan Singh was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Super Sonic	SUPER SONIC (V.R. Jagadeesh) sustained a bleeding cut injury on left hind inner bulb of heel. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m SUPER SONIC.
Enforcer(O)	As Jockey G. Vijay was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla to substitute Jockey Shahbuddin to ride ENFORCER in place of the declared rider.
Shisham	Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs.5,000/ for his negligence in not being present for saddling his charge SHISHAM in the race without making alternate arrangements and for arriving late to the paddock. Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of SHISHAM, reported that he was forced to travel wide from 900 Metres to 700 Metres.
Zaios	Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of ZAIOS, was fined Rs.3,000/ for not infusing adequate vigour on his mount in the straight.
Royal Alchemist	ROYAL ALCHEMIST (J.H. Christopher) lost considerable ground and did not raise a fluent gallop and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Mohd. A. Abbas was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. ROYAL ALCHEMIST (J.H. Christopher) sustained a bleeding cut injury on left fore coronet and hoof.

Mother's Pride	Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b m MOTHER`S PRIDE. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. Darius Byramji for reversal of form of his charge MOTHER`S PRIDE, the winner of this race as compared to its previous run in Race No.144 of the Bangalore Summer Meeting 2009 when ridden by Jockey C. Alford it ran last. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on 31st July 2009 and interviewed trainer Mr. Darius Byramji. After deliberations, the Stewards decided to fine him a sum of Rs.10,000/ for the reversal of form of his charge MOTHER`S PRIDE in the above race.
Silken Thomas	Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SILKEN THOMAS, reported that his mount was lugging in, in the straight.
Firezone	FIREZONE (Imran Chisty) sustained injuries on left hind cannon and right hind fetlock. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g FIREZONE.
Star Wave	Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of FIREZONE, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and bumping STAR WAVE (B. Prakash) which in turn went on to BALANCE DE POWER (P. Kamlesh) approaching the 500 Metres. Jockey B. Prakash, the rider of STAR WAVE, reported that he could not get a clear run throughout the race.

Fanaa	Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of FANAA, was reprimanded for shifting in and crowding ZAFAR (Imran Chisty) and MOVIE QUEEN (V.R. Jagadeesh) on his inside passing the 1100 Metres whereby Jockey Wayne Smith the rider of AWESOME BEAUTY had to restrain his mount in the process brushed the false rails approaching the 1000 Metres.
Refresh	Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of REFRESH, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
Leagues Apart	LEAGUES APART (Himanshu) was examined at 5.10 p.m. after the race and found to be trotting lame on right fore due to a sprained tendon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Wayne Smith, the rider of ROYAL TREASURE to the Stewards for Contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading USE OF WHIP in that he used the whip excessively on his mount (3rd infringement). The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Jockey Wayne Smith. After deliberations, they decided to suspend Jockey Wayne Smith from riding in races from 982009 to 1482009 (both days inclusive) for Contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading USE OF WHIP in that he used the whip excessively on his mount ROYAL TREASURE.
