Bunting	b m BUNTING (Amyn Merchant) got hurt on its right fore fetlock inside the starting gate after being struck by NISHK which had fallen down in the adjacent stall and was struggling to get on its feet. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Tr. Javed Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Nishk	b g NISHK (R Ajinkya) was extremely fractious in its stall, reared up, in the process got stuck and fell down inside the gates. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Devushka	An objection was lodged by Jockey Dashrath Singh, the rider of AGGRESSION placed 4th by the Judge against Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of DEVUSHKA placed 2nd on the grounds of “coming onto me about 200 metres after the start and again in the final 150 metres of the race. If not for this interference, I would have certainly placed”. The Stewards after interviewing Jockeys Dashrath Singh and S Antony Raj, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward decided to overrule the objection. The “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted. Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of DEVUSHKA, was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/ for allowing his horse to shift in and causing interference to AGGRESSION (Dashrath Singh) on his inside.

Script	SCRIPT (Vinay Jaiswal) arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was cautioned and fined on earlier occasions for the similar lapses, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 5000/ for this instance.
Whispering Grass	WHISPERING GRASS (Neeraj Rawal) was fractious in its stall.
Ahnika	AHNIKA (App Prathvi Singh) arrived late thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. Tr. Javed Khan was once again advised to ensure that his charges arrive on time in future. Following the race day, b m AHNIKA was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on right fore. Tr. Javed Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Louboutin	b m LOUBOUTIN (App Rupal Singh) was extremely fractious in its stall and repeatedly attempted to duck out from the gates. The mare was taken out from its stall and permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate of the mare has been revoked.
Who Dares Wins	b m WHO DARES WINS (C S Jodha) was examined by the Veterinary Officer at the starting gates at the request of the Jockey and found to be lame on right hind. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Tr. Javed Khan was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Snooze N U Lose	SHERWIN (Neeraj Rawal) arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. C Alford was cautioned and fined on earlier occasions for the similar lapses, the trainer has now been fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for this instance. SHERWIN (Neeraj Rawal) which was fractious in its stall, was slow to begin.
Cormorant	CORMORANT (S Antony Raj) was difficult to load. MEMORABLE MEMORIES (Md Islam) was fractious in its stall.

Harbour Sunrise	HARBOUR SUNRISE (Md Imran) stood flat footed as the start was affected losing considerable grounds at the start. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked.
