Trainer R H Sequeira while confirming the above, added that his charge has been running in similar fashion inspite of taking all measures was not accepted and the Trainer R H Sequeira was fined Rs.3000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in present of his charge in a race where the horse ran with sharp molars on both sides.
