| | It was observed that the Sheep Skin Nose Band put on PERFECT PASS (Nazar Alam) came loose as it was not fastened properly. Trainer Mr. D Prashanth Pawar was fined Rs.2,000/ for his negligence in not properly fastening the Sheep Skin Nose Band, on his charge, PERFECT PASS (Nazar Alam) in the above race. It was observed that the saddle on PERFECT PASS (Nazar Alam) had shifted back soon after the start. After due examination of the equipment, it was found to be in serviceable condition. When questioned, Trainer Mr. D Prashanth Pawar stated that on the request of his rider, Jockey Nazar Alam, he had fastened the saddle slightly back. Not being satisfied with his explanation, Trainer Mr. D Prashanth Pawar was fined a total sum of Rs.5,000/ for faulty and improper saddling. He was informed that a repetition of this negligent act shall not be tolerated and would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action |
