 ESSOS (Dhanu S Deora) was difficult to load. ASHWAMEGH (Sujit Kr Paswan) was fractious to be stalled. ASHWAMEGH (Sujit Kr Paswan) was observed to hang out from about the 800 metres. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised to take appropriate remedial measures.

 Jockey Nikhil Naidu, the rider of ANSIGAR, reported that his mount was not striding out fluently throughout the race and finished the race detached from the field. The Veterinary Officer has been requested to examine the gelding and report ailment, if any. b g ANSIGAR was examined by the Veterinary Officer after the race and on the morning of 29th September, 2022 and found to be trotting sound.

 Tr. Aashay Doctor when questioned regarding the poor performance of his charge CAPE TANAROS as compared to its previous outing in Race No. 12 stated that : App P Tejeshwar, the rider of CAPE TANAROS when questioned, stated that his mount which was travelling well till the final bend, failed to quicken when asked for an effort in the straight and finished the race at the rear end.

 Jockeys P Trevor (ASHOKA) and Akshay Kumar (IMPERIAL PEARL) were fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ each for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement).
Harvestime
 WORDSMITH (P S Chouhan) running on the outer rails received severe degrees of interference when HARVESTIME (Y S Srinath) shifted violently outwards under the use of the whip. At a subsequent enquiry Jockey Y S Srinath was shown the CCTV replay of the race and fined a sum of Rs. 2000/ for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Wordsmith
 WORDSMITH (P S Chouhan) which was slow to begin was sluggish to get into stride in the first furlong. WORDSMITH (P S Chouhan) running on the outer rails received severe degrees of interference when HARVESTIME (Y S Srinath) shifted violently outwards under the use of the whip. At a subsequent enquiry Jockey Y S Srinath was shown the CCTV replay of the race and fined a sum of Rs. 2000/ for failing to exercise proper control over his mount. The Veterinary Officer reported that WORDSMITH returned lame on right fore. Tr. P Shroff was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 Tr. Patrick Quinn was reprimanded for late arrival of his charge SOARING HIGH (Akshay Kumar) to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. The trainer was further advised to ensure that his charges arrive on time in future.

 SECRET PEARL (Hindu Singh) and HARBOUR SUNRISE (Sujit Kr Paswan) were difficult to load. KALAHARI GOLD (A Imran Khan) was slow to begin.
Properly Posh
 Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of PROPERLY POSH, was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for excessive use of the whip (2nd infringement). Tr. Patrick Quinn’s (PROPERLY POSH) attention was drawn to the Stipendiary Steward Report of Race No. 16 which is “Tr. Patrick Quinn informed the Starter in the paddock that he had asked the Jockey to ride his charge b m PROPERLY POSH from the front. When questioned by the Stipendiary Steward about the same, the Trainer stated that as the mare was running over the trip of 1400 metres and there was no front runner in the race he had accordingly instructed the Jockey. The Trainer was informed that the mare would have to be ridden in similar fashion in her future engagements as well, a close watch will be kept on the running style of his charge and accordingly, appropriate action, as deemed fit, will be initiated against him”. It was pointed out to the Trainer that his charge was now run in check, instructions of which were confirmed by Jockey Akshay Kumar. As such Mr. Patrick Quinn was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/ for the inconsistent running pattern of his charge.
