 The Stewards/Directors of the Hyderabad Race Club suspended Jockey Dhanu S Deora (TOP SECRET) from riding in races w.e.f. 13th to 17th October 2022 both days inclusive for careless riding ` in that he failed to prevent his mount from shifting in at about the 700 mtrs in the process causing interference to SCRAMJET (Suraj Narredu) who inturn shifted out and forced out SUPER ANGEL (App. Abhay Singh) under Rule 161 (i) of the HRC Rules of Racing.

 Explanation of Trainer L D Silva with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge PREMIER ACTION ( App. Afroz Khan) winner of this race who finished 6th in the previous race that his charge always ran consistently in higher class carrying bottom weight. In the previous run his charge ran in lower category carrying top weight which has been to his disadvantage and his charge got tired in the straight and finished 6th as compared to the present race which being higher category and also carrying 9 1/2 kgs less weight as compared to the previous race, his charge could manage to run a better race and won was noted.

 KNIGHT TEMPLAR (Akshay Kumar) got keen and bolted on the way to the Starting gates from about 1200 mtrs inspite of Jockey?s efforts and ran the course. As such at the request of Trainer R H Sequeira the gelding has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders.

Jockey Deepak Singh further reported that his right stirrup leather gave away from about 1000 mtrs as such he could not offer complete assistance to his mount thereafter. Respective Trainers M F Ali Khan and Laxman Singh were advised for a better performance in future. ESSENTIAL (Aneel) sustained bleeding cut injury over left hind. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.

 Jockey Dhanu S Deora (FIRST CLASS) reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Shashikanth was noted for future reference.

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (FALCON EDGE) that his instructions were to sit close which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the final stages of the race inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer R H Sequiera . Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the colt was trotting lame on left fore due to tendon strain.

 CHUCKIT (Dashrath Singh) was examined at the Starting gates and was observed to be trotting lame on right fore, as such the horse has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.

 Explanation of Trainer G. Shashikanth with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge N R I SPORT (App. Santosh Raj NR) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous race that his charge was always consistent when ran in distance of about 1400 mtrs but in the previous race the gelding ran in 1800 mtrs, the extra 400 mtrs to travel was to his charges disadvantage, finished last, as such he opted to go back to 1400 mtrs. The present race being 1400 mtrs, allowance claiming App in the saddle has added to his charge performance and just managed to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds noted. The Trainer was however fined a sum of Rs,.5,000/ for running his charge in quick span of time.
Maximum Glamour
 Jockey Kuldeep Singh (AYR) was cautioned for shifting in 50 mtrs after the start in the process forcing in MAXIMUM GLAMOUR (P. S. Chouhan).

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (ARTHUR) that his mount was sluggish in the initial stages of the race and in the straight when asked for effort, his mount shortened the strides and did not raise a winning gallop in the final 50 mtrs inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy while confirming the above added that his charge is running 1st time during this season after being operated and opined that the charge had ran to the potential was noted for future reference.
