 FIFTY GRAND (R Shiva Kumar) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced CITY OF HUSTLE (P Siddaraju) on its inside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Conspiracy
 It was observed that the saddle on CONSPIRACY (C A Brisson) shifted back rounding the final bend and as such the rider had considerable difficulty in the handling of his mount till passing the Winning post. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was fined Rs. 3,000/ for his negligence in saddling (1st Infringement).
Country Magic
 Jockey H Rahul, the rider of COUNTRY MAGIC was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to RUMOUR LADY (Saqlain S), on his inside, which had to be checked by its rider and hence dropped back, approaching the 900 Metres.
Fifty Grand

 VENEZUELA (R Shiva Kumar) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. VENEZUELA (R Shiva Kumar) – Planted and lost many lengths.
Many Moons
 It was observed that MANY MOONS (K Sai Kiran) gradually dropped back after passing 1000 metres and ran detached thereafter. Jockey K Sai Kiran was questioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar as to why his mount had dropped back so drastically. He replied that his mount was not galloping fluently and that every time he tried to exert some pressure on his mount he felt that it was trying to go down and hence he had to pull it up to keep it from not stumbling and dislodging him. Thereafter he said that his mount dropped pace and literally came to a trot. When questioned, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar replied that his charge was a problematic horse and that it had suffered from a chipped knee on the right fore for which a surgery was done. He had changed its work pattern and kept it on very light work, due to which the weight of the horse had increased. While noting their explanations, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was advised to have the mare examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer, to ensure that he does not run it immediately and give it more time to recover. He was also advised to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Sunlight Storm
 Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of SUNLIGHT STORM reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Swiss Tigress
 Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of SWISS TIGRESS was reprimanded for cutting across the field sharply before passing the Red Marker Post.

4 (4) THE KOLAR PLATE

 SOCRATES (R Shiva Kumar) sustained small cut inside right hind cannon.

 It was observed that the saddle on WENCHENG (M J Gautam Raj Urs) shifted back passing the 400 Metres and as such the rider had considerable difficulty in the handling of his mount till passing the Winning post. After due examination of the equipment, which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs. 3,000/ for his negligence in saddling. (1st Infringement).
D Dear
 D DEAR (Salman Khan) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. D DEAR (Salman Khan) – Planted and lost many lengths.
N R I Plan
 N R I PLAN (M Shahid) walked out of the gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

 The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Arjun, the rider of TRACER BULLET, to the Stewards vide Charge Sheet No.322 , for “Dangerous Riding” [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing] on his mount, in the above Race, in that, as the rider of TRACER BULLET he came in sharply within the first 150 Metres of the race causing severe interference to SMART CADILLAC (R Rakesh) which had to be checked due to which he collided with the running rails and had to be checked and pulled out and as such KALAHARI GOLD (J H Arul) which was galloping directly behind the front running horse clipped the heels of the front running horse and shifted out onto SPARKLES (Likith Appu K G) and stumbled, thereby dropping the rider. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last Race and examined Jockey Arjun and the Trainer of the horse, Mr. M Pratap Kamath. After repeatedly watching the CCTV footage of the above Race and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided as follows;

Ltd., Rules of Racing] on his mount, in the above Race, in that, as the rider of TRACER BULLET he came in sharply within the first 150 Metres of the race causing severe interference to SMART CADILLAC (R Rakesh) which had to be checked due to which he collided with the running rails and had to be checked and pulled out and as such KALAHARI GOLD (J H Arul) which was galloping directly behind the front running horse clipped the heels of the front running horse and shifted out onto SPARKLES (Likith Appu K G) and stumbled, thereby dropping the rider. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last Race and examined Jockey Arjun and the Trainer of the horse, Mr. M Pratap Kamath. After repeatedly watching the CCTV footage of the above Race and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided as follows; a) To suspend the Jockey’s license granted to Jockey Arjun from 06062023 to 16062023 (both days inclusive), for “Dangerous Riding” [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing], on his mount TRACER BULLET, in the above Race;

 The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Arjun, the rider of TRACER BULLET, to the Stewards vide Charge Sheet No.322 , for “Dangerous Riding” [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing] on his mount, in the above Race, in that, as the rider of TRACER BULLET he came in sharply within the first 150 Metres of the race causing severe interference to SMART CADILLAC (R Rakesh) which had to be checked due to which he collided with the running rails and had to be checked and pulled out and as such KALAHARI GOLD (J H Arul) which was galloping directly behind the front running horse clipped the heels of the front running horse and shifted out onto SPARKLES (Likith Appu K G) and stumbled, thereby dropping the rider. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last Race and examined Jockey Arjun and the Trainer of the horse, Mr. M Pratap Kamath. After repeatedly watching the CCTV footage of the above Race and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided as follows; KALAHARI GOLD (J H Arul) sustained injury on left nostril and bruises on both hind back of fetlock.

 PERCIVALE (V R Jagadeesh) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. PERCIVALE (V R Jagdeesh) – Was slowly away & lost few lengths.
Kushaq
 KUSHAQ (J H Arul) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. KUSHAQ (Arul J H) – Planted and lost many lengths.
Step Up Girl
 Jockey Vivek G, the rider of STEP UP GIRL, reported that his mount grabbed its bit on the left and was inclined to run out throughout the race despite his best efforts to keep in on an even course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Lucky Point
 LUCKY POINT (H Rahul) was extremely fractious inside the starting gates whereby the stirrup belt snapped and as it could not be replaced due to the extremely fractious behaviour of the horse it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders. LUCKY POINT (H Rahul) – Was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starters Order as the stirrup belt got snapped.
