 ZAMBEZI and THE PRESENCE were slow to begin. Jockey Md. Sameer (THE PRESENCE) was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement). The Jockey was further fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for improper use of the whip.

 FORTUNE WARRIOR was paraded late to the paddock as the horse was refusing to take on the tongue strap.

 Jockey P Trevor (ROSALIA) reported that he was interfered with by ZALIA (R Vaibhav) soon after the jump out, thereafter when making his final move at the bend when he switched out for a clear run, LIVE IT LOVE IT shifted out and carried him wide. Further, at about the 250 metres the eventual winner ZALIA started drifting out and in anticipation of a further drift he switched course to the inside. The Jockey stated that but for these incidences in the race, his mount would have finished much closer, was noted for future reference. Jockey Antony Raj (LIVE IT LOVE IT) reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race, more so rounding the final bend and even bumped into POLKI in the final 100 metres in spite of his best efforts. Tr. Aashay Doctor was advised to take appropriate remedial measures in consultation with the Veterinary Department.
Polki
 Jockey Antony Raj (LIVE IT LOVE IT) reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race, more so rounding the final bend and even bumped into POLKI in the final 100 metres in spite of his best efforts.  ROSALIA and SOUL AQUARIAN were slow to begin. Jockey Neeraj Rawal (SOUL AQUARIAN) was reprimanded for failing to ride out his mount, though on a beaten horse.
Zalia
 Jockey R Vaibhav (ZALIA) reported that his mount suddenly shied outwards soon after jump out catching him unawares, was noted. Jockey P Trevor (ROSALIA) reported that he was interfered with by ZALIA (R Vaibhav) soon after the jump out, thereafter when making his final move at the bend when he switched out for a clear run, LIVE IT LOVE IT shifted out and carried him wide. Further, at about the 250 metres the eventual winner ZALIA started drifting out and in anticipation of a further drift he switched course to the inside. The Jockey stated that but for these incidences in the race, his mount would have finished much closer, was noted for future reference. Jockey R Vaibhav (ZALIA) was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement). Further, the Jockey was warned for failing to maintain a straight course in the concluding stages of the race.

 Tr. Neil Darashah reported that his charge TYCOONIST returned without the tongue strap after the race. Jockey R Vaibhav (LA DOMINATE) reported that he had to steady his mount in the final 100 metres due to the crowding of the field.
Outlander
 SKY FORCE which was difficult to load, was fractious in its stall and was slow to begin. ALL TIME LEGEND which was fractious in its stall, jumped out awkwardly from the gates. OUTLANDER was slow to begin. b) OUTLANDER returned without its left fore shoe.

 WATCH MY STRIDE returned bleeding from its nostrils. Tr. Sabeel Shariff was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 SKY FORCE which was difficult to load, was fractious in its stall and was slow to begin. ALL TIME LEGEND which was fractious in its stall, jumped out awkwardly from the gates. OUTLANDER was slow to begin.

 Jockey Vishal N Bunde (VINCENT VAN GOGH) reported that his mount was hanging in during the concluding stages of the race.
Liban
 Jockey A Ashhad Asbar (LIBAN) was reprimanded for dropping his hands well before passing the winning post. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine LIBAN and submit his report. On examination the horse was found to be trotting sound.

5 (30) THE ROUBAIX HANDICAP

Go For The Moon
 Jockey P Trevor (GO FOR THE MOON) reported that soon after jump out he felt that his mount was not striding out freely and completely lost its action around the final bend, as such he eased up his mount. On veterinary examination the gelding was found to have sustained cut injury on its left hind tendon. Tr. Aashay Doctor was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
No Worry
 Jockey Md Azharuddin (NO WORRY) was reprimanded for failing to make sufficient efforts on his mount throughout the race.
Cash N Run
 Jockey Shrikant Kumble (CASH N RUN) reported that his mount ran a listless race and dropped out of contention before entering the straight. Tr. Patrick Quinn was advised for better preparation of his charge before accepting with it again.

Jockey Md Azharuddin (ARETHA) reported that he met with an interference and had to check his mount when PYRGOS (Hasib Alam) shifted out at the 900 metres and on entering the straight the mare had nothing to offer, was noted. Tr. Rutherford Alford was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine ARETHA and submit his report. On examination it was found that the mare returned with a right eye injury and was trotting sound.

 PYRGOS brushed against the running rails passing the 1100 metres. Jockey Hasib Alam was advised to be more careful in future. Jockey Md Azharuddin (ARETHA) reported that he met with an interference and had to check his mount when PYRGOS (Hasib Alam) shifted out at the 900 metres and on entering the straight the mare had nothing to offer, was noted.
