 GLOBAL FASHION was difficult to load. COOL DADDY was slow into its stride. Tr. B Rajender Reddy when questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge COOL DADDY as compared to its previous outing in Race No. 23 run on 20th August, 2025 stated that “We made a few strategic changes that seemed to have positively impacted his performance : 1 Distance Adjustment: Our jockey suggested running `COOL DADDY` at a longer distance after his last run, which proved to be beneficial. The increased distance allowed him to conserve energy and deliver a stronger finish. 3. Class Drop: Running `COOL DADDY` in a lower class also contributed to his improved performance. The reduced competition allowed him to gain confidence and momentum, which reflected in his finishing position. These adjustments combined together have helped `COOL DADDY` showcase his true potential”.
Global Fashion
 GLOBAL FASHION was difficult to load. COOL DADDY was slow into its stride. Jockey Hasib Alam (PYRGOS) reported that his mount was inclined to hang out passing the 400 metres. The Jockey was reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift out while negotiating the final bend taking GLOBAL FASHION (P Trevor) out and was further cautioned to exercise greater control over his mounts in future. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine GLOBAL FASHION and submit his report. On examination the filly was found to be trotting sound.
Pyrgos
 Jockey Hasib Alam (PYRGOS) reported that his mount was inclined to hang out passing the 400 metres. The Jockey was reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift out while negotiating the final bend taking GLOBAL FASHION (P Trevor) out and was further cautioned to exercise greater control over his mounts in future.

 Jockey Arman Khan (STORMY OCEAN) reported that he lost his left stirrup iron soon after the jump out which he regained after some distance, in the process the saddle used on the gelding shifted back slightly, was noted.

 The Veterinary Officer reported that INDIAN JACK returned with injuries on both hind pastern.
Jet
 JET finished the race detached from the field. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.
Clap Your Hands
 CLAP YOUR HANDS (Arul J H, drawn 6) and FLOW ME (Md. Sameer, drawn 8) jumped outwards and inwards respectively causing interference to MACCHIATO (Shrikant Kamble, drawn 7).
Jean Lafette
 JEAN LAFETTE fly jumped out from the gates. Jockey Hasib Alam (JEAN LAFETTE) was severely reprimanded for the tender handling of his mount in the straight.
Only Dreams
 Jockey P Tejeshwar (ONLY DREAMS) reported that his mount was hanging in from around the 300 metres. Tr. Aashay Doctor was advised to take appropriate remedial measures.
Macchiato
 CLAP YOUR HANDS (Arul J H, drawn 6) and FLOW ME (Md. Sameer, drawn 8) jumped outwards and inwards respectively causing interference to MACCHIATO (Shrikant Kamble, drawn 7).

5 (36) THE CALCUTTA FILLIES TRIAL STAKES

 ENOLA HOLMES returned with right hock injury.
Merlet
 An objection was lodged by Jockey Antony Raj S, the rider of MORANO placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Mukesh Kumar, the rider of MERLET placed 1st on the grounds of “passing the 200 metres started drifting out, at about 150 metres took my ground drifting outside, at 100 metres he bumped me and I lost my balance which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards after interviewing Jockeys Antony Raj S and Mukesh Kumar, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration the opinions expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards, decided to overrule the objection and let the Judge’s placings to remain unaltered. The “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted. Jockey Mukesh Kumar (MERLET) was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for failing to maintain a straight course during the concluding stages of the race. d) On the morning of 4th September, 2025 MERLET and MORANO were examined and found to be lame on their right hind and right fore respectively. Trs. S Waheed and Aashay Doctor were informed not to accept with their respective charges until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Morano
 Jockey Antony Raj S (MORANO) was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement). An objection was lodged by Jockey Antony Raj S, the rider of MORANO placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Mukesh Kumar, the rider of MERLET placed 1st on the grounds of “passing the 200 metres started drifting out, at about 150 metres took my ground drifting outside, at 100 metres he bumped me and I lost my balance which cost me a certain race”.  POLKA DOT returned with left eye injury.
Shine
 SHINE played up in its stall thereby sustaining injuries on its both hind and right nostril. Under the circumstances the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Tr. Vijay Singh was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer and also until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.

Xtravagant Star
 While the loading operation of b g XTRAVAGANT STAR was on, Jockey Arman Khan reported that he was feeling sick due to a sudden cramp and he was unable to ride in the race. As there was insufficient time to substitute a Jockey, the gelding was declared a non starter.

 DUBAI KING (Md. Sameer, drawn 5) jumped outwards bumping onto IMPRESSIVE ANNIE (RS Bhati, drawn 6) which in turn went onto ROCKET (Ankush, drawn 7) soon after jump out. Jockey Md. Sameer was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mounts in future.
Rocket
 DUBAI KING (Md. Sameer, drawn 5) jumped outwards bumping onto IMPRESSIVE ANNIE (RS Bhati, drawn 6) which in turn went onto ROCKET (Ankush, drawn 7) soon after jump out. Jockey Md. Sameer was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mounts in future. ROCKET dropped out of contention from about the 500 metres of the race. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.
Dubai King
 DUBAI KING (Md. Sameer, drawn 5) jumped outwards bumping onto IMPRESSIVE ANNIE (RS Bhati, drawn 6) which in turn went onto ROCKET (Ankush, drawn 7) soon after jump out. Jockey Md. Sameer was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mounts in future.
Keitaro
 KEITARO (Imran Chisty) was slow to begin. The Jockey reported that his mount was sluggish in the initial stages and not striding out freely. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine the filly and submit his report.
