Seasmoke
 SEASMOKE and VIVALDI were slow to begin losing approximately 2 – 3 lengths each at the start. Jockey Mukesh Kumar (HERMOD) when questioned regarding the riding instructions on his mount, stated that he was instructed to place his mount in 2nd/3rd position after jump out, settle down well with the field and to do his best. The Jockey further stated that the gelding was running too keenly upto the 600 metres as such he could not settle down as instructed and on entering the straight his mount had nothing much left to offer, was noted. Post race endoscopy of HERMOD revealed that the gelding suffered from EIPH Gr III. Tr. Rutherford Alford was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer. The Veterinary Officer reported that DRAGON’S GOLD and SEASMOKE returned bleeding from their nostrils. Trs. Shafiq Khan and B Rajender Reddy were advised not to accept with their respective charges until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Star Power
 STAR POWER dropped out completely from about the 250 metres of the race and finished the race detached. Tr. Rajesh Narredu deputising for Tr. Deepesh Narredu was advised to get his charge examined by the Veterinary Officer and report ailment, if any and also not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.
Cool Daddy
 COOL DADDY, an acceptor in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary on the morning of 19th December, 2025 and found to be lame on right fore. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. Tr. B Rajender Reddy was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 Jockey R Vaibhav (SANAYA) was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement).

6 (67) THE TIGER TOPS HANDICAP

Elusive Ranger
 Jockey Chethan Gowda (ELUSIVE RANGER) was reprimanded for unnecessarily travelling wide for no apparent reason from about the 600 metres. ELUSIVE RANGER was eased up by its rider passing the 200 metres and finished detached from the field. Tr. Neil Darashah was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.
