 It was pointed out that BISON (Faizan Khan) took him out negotiating the bend passing 600 meters. After considering Jockey’s statement and reviewing replay of the race no action was taken and enquiry was closed. Veterinary examinations of BISON, BUMBLEBEE and MASTER CAUSEWAY revealed no apparent abnormality.
Ashwa Pathan
 App. Vishal (ASHWA PATHAN) was fined Rs. 3000/ for shifting IN at about 1000 meters causing inconvenience to HEER (Arjun).
Bumblebee
 On basis of a written complaint by owner Mr. Sanjay Rai an enquiry was opened into interference caused to his horse BUMBLEBEE (R. Rakesh) by jockey Varun (MASTER CAUSEWAY). Both jockeys were interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards wherein jockey Varun stated that he has not caused any interference to BUMBLEBEE. Veterinary examinations of BISON, BUMBLEBEE and MASTER CAUSEWAY revealed no apparent abnormality.
Heer
 App. Vishal (ASHWA PATHAN) was fined Rs. 3000/ for shifting IN at about 1000 meters causing inconvenience to HEER (Arjun).
Master Causeway
 On basis of a written complaint by owner Mr. Sanjay Rai an enquiry was opened into interference caused to his horse BUMBLEBEE (R. Rakesh) by jockey Varun (MASTER CAUSEWAY). Both jockeys were interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards wherein jockey Varun stated that he has not caused any interference to BUMBLEBEE. Veterinary examinations of BISON, BUMBLEBEE and MASTER CAUSEWAY revealed no apparent abnormality.

 INSTA MILLIONAIRE (R. Rakesh) was withdrawn before coming under the starter order as the filly was fractious and refused to be stalled. Trainer Magan Singh has been asked to give sufficient gate practice to the satisfaction of the starter before accepting next to race.

 NASHVEGAS (K. Narender Kr.) was withdrawn before coming under the starter order as it was found to be lame by left foreleg. Trainer S. M. Abbas has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.
