 An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of RIGHTEOUS, trained by Ms. Arti Doctor and ridden by Jockey Mukesh Kumar.

 QUEEN ANULA jumped outwards from the gates and was sluggish to raise a race gallop for some distance after the start. Tr. V Ajith Kumar was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.

 CORTADO (Imran Chisty) was inclined to hang out from about the bend. Tr. Aashay Doctor was advised to take appropriate remedial measures.

 Jockey Suraj Narredu (CASHABLE) reported that his mount was hanging out in the final stages of the race. However, the Jockey was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement). Post race examination of CASHABLE revealed that the filly suffered from EIPH Gr II.

 ENCHANTING and AMALFITANA were slow to begin.

 Jockey M S Deora (GLOBAL FASHION) reported that his reins slipped during the final stages of the race.

 At the request of the respective Jockeys CASH N RUN and CASHABAN were –resaddled at the start. CASH N RUN 7th Race. 2. Blood samples. Blood sample from the following horse wastaken for clinical analysis : CASH N RUN 7th Race.
Adeya
 Jockey R S Bhati (ADEYA) reported that his mount was not responding to his urgings and dropped out of contention on entering the straight. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine the filly and submit his report.
Cashaban
 At the request of the respective Jockeys CASH N RUN and CASHABAN were –resaddled at the start. Tr. Sabeel Shariff and Jockey Gaurav Singh when questioned regarding the running and riding of CASHABAN, the Trainer stated that he had instructed the Jockey to take a good jump, go to the front, take a couple of lengths lead and to do his best in the straight. The Trainer further stated the he will issue similar instructions to Jockeys on his charge in her future outings. The Jockey corroborated the Trainer’s instructions. The explanations of the Trainer and the Jockey were noted for future reference.
