Jockey Bhawani Singh has been cautioned. After the race, CARADOC was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not permitted to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. As such, the filly was certified unfit to race, was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Arlington Heights
	On a request from Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait, ARLINGTON HEIGHTS was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. before the race at the saddling enclosure and was found to be sore by right fore with a swelling on its right knee, the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race

	On arrival at the starting gates, SHAANDAAR (Vivek G.) was fractious, dislodged its rider and ran loose on the track, the colt was apprehended at the 1800 metres, after taking consent from Trainer P. Shroff, Jockey Vivek G. was asked to remount, on subsequent veterinary examination at the starting gates, it was found that the colt lost its right fore shoe, therefore the colt was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order. Trainer P. Shroff has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

As such, the gelding was certified unfit to race and was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
