| | On being questioned, Trainer Zulfiqar Khan stated that he had instructed his jockey to go to front if comfortable otherwise sit 2nd/3rd and do his best in the straight. He also stated that the jockey could have easily gone to the front but his efforts were constrained. Jockey Angad (TOMORROWS DREAMS) confirmed the instructions but had no plausible explanation for failing to improve his position in early part of the race. Not being satisfied with his explanation he was fined Rs. 15,000/ for not following Trainer’s instruction wherein he failed to improve his position in early part of the race. Veterinary examination of TOMORROWS DREAMS revealed no apparent abnormality. |

I pushed her for 50 meters and thereafter trying to sit 3rd/4th , I was crossed by Jockey Varun (ALEX) wherein I had to check my mount and in the straight due to a tightly packed field I could not get a clear run and in the final stage of the race my mount did not respond to my urgings. Their statement and Trainer’s instructions were noted for future running of SUPER SPEED. |

I had also stated that same instructions will be given in future and you had noted the same in Race Day Report also.
