Joshi has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the mare in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards, before next accepting to race.

 BISHOP (App. S. Siddharth) was observed to have travelled wide in the early part of the race for no apparent reason. App. S. Siddharth has been cautioned. After the race, BISHOP was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not permitted to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. As such, the filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

3 (10) THE DR. ANIL KUMAR SALVER (DIV-II)

Organised Chaos
 Passing the 200 metres ORGANISED CHAOS (A. Sandesh) leaned outwards and went across CHARISSE (App. Kirtish Bhagat) who had to be steadied. An objection was lodged by Jockey Kirtish Bhagat (CHARISSE) placed 3rd by the Judge against Jockey A. Sandesh (ORGANISED CHAOS) placed 2nd by the Judge, reason being, “In the final stages of the race, Jockey A. Sandesh shifted out took his ground, he had to stop riding for two to three strides and again when he pulled his filly inside, Jockey A. Sandesh shifted in due to which, he got interfered and lost 2nd position”. After considering the submissions made by the Jockeys concerned, in conjunction with the Stipendiary Stewards, having viewed the video recording of the race from multiple angles and relying on their own observation of the race, the Stewards found the incident accidental and decided to overrule the objection and the order of placing remained unchanged. ORGANISED CHAOS was observed to have an injury on its left nostril and muzzle.
Minari
 Passing the 1000 metres, LATIOS (P. Trevor) shifted out onto ELOQUENT (S. Mosin) who in turn shifted out onto MINARI (Akshay Kumar) causing the latter to be checked. After the race Jockey P. Trevor reported that his mount was inclined outwards throughout the race, despite his efforts. As such, Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. MINARI was observed to have an injury on its right fore tendon.
Latios
 Passing the 1000 metres, LATIOS (P. Trevor) shifted out onto ELOQUENT (S. Mosin) who in turn shifted out onto MINARI (Akshay Kumar) causing the latter to be checked. After the race Jockey P. Trevor reported that his mount was inclined outwards throughout the race, despite his efforts. As such, Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. LATIOS was observed to have an injury on its right hind cannon.
Eloquent
 Passing the 1000 metres, LATIOS (P. Trevor) shifted out onto ELOQUENT (S. Mosin) who in turn shifted out onto MINARI (Akshay Kumar) causing the latter to be checked. After the race Jockey P. Trevor reported that his mount was inclined outwards throughout the race, despite his efforts. As such, Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
Charisse
 Passing the 200 metres ORGANISED CHAOS (A. Sandesh) leaned outwards and went across CHARISSE (App. Kirtish Bhagat) who had to be steadied.  ILLUSIONIST (Prashant P. Dhebe, dr.1) refused to stall, despite substantial efforts. As such, the gelding was withdrawn before coming the Starter’s order and Trainer M. Narredu has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

 Passing the 300 metres, BLUE EYED GIRL (P. Vinod) was observed to have leaned in and brushed the rails. BLUE EYED GIRL sustained a left eye injury (sore).
Saffron Glow
 SAFFRON GLOW (A. S. Peter, dr.4) threw its head up and lost about a length at the start.
Tranquila
 In final stages of the race, ELEVATE (S. J. Sunil) shifted in and went across TRANQUILA (Shrikant Kamble) causing the latter to be checked. After questioning and not being satisfied with the explanation, Jockey S. J. Sunil has been fined Rs.2,000/.

 ROSARIO (App. Kirtish Bhagat, dr.8) lost its footing and jumped out awkwardly at the start. Passing the 500 metres, EMPEROR RODERIC (S. Mosin) leaned out and carried ROSARIO (App. Kirtish Bhagat) outwards. Jockey S. Mosin has been cautioned. Approaching the 200 metres, Jockey R. Ajinkya (ZAFFERANO) was observed to have lost his reins momentarily which he regained and in the process was observed to have veered outwards and went across ROSARIO (App. Kirtish Bhagat) who had to be checked. ROSARIO was trotted and found to be sound.
Emperor Roderic
 EMPEROR RODERIC (S. Mosin, dr.2) threw its head up, was slow to begin and lost about a length at the start. Passing the 500 metres, EMPEROR RODERIC (S. Mosin) leaned out and carried ROSARIO (App. Kirtish Bhagat) outwards. Jockey S. Mosin has been cautioned. EMPEROR RODERIC was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by right fore. As such, the gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race. Further, it was also observed that the gelding had an injury on its right hind bulb of heel.

Sandesh stated that the horses in front TAJIRI (P. Trevor) was in close proximity and in order to avoid clipping its heels he had shifted out which resulted in the interference the explanation was noted, however, Jockey A. Sandesh has been cautioned.

 Approaching the 600 metres, ANGE RAPHAEL (R. Ajinkya) leaned out and carried HAGIBIS (App. Ramswarup) outwards. Jockey R. Ajinkya has been cautioned.

As such, the horse was withdrawn before coming the Starter’s order and Trainer Subhag Singh has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the horse to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
