 MAGNIFICO was slow to begin. Jockey P Tejeshwar (MAGNIFICO) reported that his mount was hanging out from about the 700 metres. The Jockey was reprimanded for failing to exercise proper control over his mount thereby allowing it to shift outwards from about the 500 metres of the race. Further, he was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for excessive of the whip (2nd infringement).

 Jockey Akshay Kumar (STARLINER) reported loss of whip in the final 100 metres of the race.

 Jockey R Vaibhav (FAR SUPERIOR) reported that his mount had to be steadied soon after the start when VALERIAN (P Trevor) came in. Jockey P Trevor was advised to exercise greater control over his mounts in future.
Far Superior

 REVATI finished the race detached from the field. Tr. Vijay Singh was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.

Merlet
 Jockey Vishal N Bunde (MERLET) reported that his mount dropped out completely from about the 300 metres, as such he eased up the filly from about 250 metres. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine the filly and submit his report. a) Post race endoscope of MERLET revealed that the filly suffered from EIPH Gr III. Tr. S Waheed was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Golden Warrior
 AEROPOLI and GOLDEN WARRIOR jumped out awkwardly from the gates. ROMAN SPIRIT was slow to begin losing approximately 3 4 lengths.
Aeropoli
 AEROPOLI and GOLDEN WARRIOR jumped out awkwardly from the gates. ROMAN SPIRIT was slow to begin losing approximately 3 4 lengths. b) AEROPOLI returned with right fore injury.
Roman Spirit
 AEROPOLI and GOLDEN WARRIOR jumped out awkwardly from the gates. ROMAN SPIRIT was slow to begin losing approximately 3 4 lengths.

 VINCENT VAN GOGH was slow to begin. The gelding finished the race detached from the field. Tr. Rajender Reddy was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.

6 (47) THE UNLEASHED HANDICAP

 LAHINA was observed to drop out from contention from about the 600 metres finishing the race detached. a) Post race examination of LAHINA revealed that the mare was lame on its left fore. Tr. Sabeel Shariff was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Mountain Gold
 App Yash Saini (MOUNTAIN GOLD) was observed to have not made any efforts to ride his mount soon after jump out resulting in the gelding trailing the field, taking no practical part in the race. On questioning the Apprentice stated that the gelding appeared to be unsound and as such he did not put it under pressure from the start. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised to get his charge examined by the Veterinary Officer. He was further advised not to declare the Apprentice in races till approved by the Stipendiary Stewards. b) MOUNTAIN GOLD was scoped and examined after the race and no abnormalities were found.
Fortune Warrior
 FORTUNE WARRIOR was observed to have been led out to the starting gates with no visible efforts from the stable staff to rush up the process resulting in the race being delayed by more than five minutes. Tr. Rajender Reddy was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for the late arrival of his charge. Further, he was advised to school his charges better in this regard to avoid further action. On arrival at the starting gates, Jockey V R Jagadeesh (FORTUNE WARRIOR) reported sick and was unable to fulfil his riding engagement. FORTUNE WARRIOR was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s orders.
