The Trainer further added that he has tried Australian Nose band on his charge in the present race and opined that has helped his charge to perform well and went on to win the race was not accepted and the Trainer was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/ for reversal of form of his charge within a short span of time.

Subsequent Veterinary examination of colt revealed that the colt was trotting lame on right fore due to fetlock joint sprain after the race.

	STRONGHOLD (Shivam) stumbled soon after the start for no apparent reason. STRONGHOLD (Shivam) trailed the field throughout the race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer D. Netto was fined Rs. 1000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

	WESEETHESAMESUN (Rafique Sk) veered out while negotiating the final bend and veered out further on to the outer track entering straight and finished the course as such. Trainer B Mukesh Kumar was advised to show his charge in a Mock Race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the colt was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer B.
