| Withdrawn before coming under starters ordersIncidents: RAVELLO (P.Trevor) was reluctant to be stalled. Further, after being stalled, the gelding got keen and charged the front gates which gave way and the gelding bolted towards the finish line. CLOUDS OF GLORY (Towfeeq R.Shaikh) also played up in the stall. The gelding was taken out and examined by the Club’s V.O. and found to be sore by the right hind leg and had suffered bruises at the right stifle area and above the left eye. As such, CLOUDS OF GLORY was certified unfit to race. Both the horses, RAVELLO and CLOUDS OF GLORY were withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s Order. Trainers Dallas Todywalla and Altaf Hussain have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. Further, CLOUDS OF GLORY has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race. |
